Great staff. Good room and breakfast.

Conveniently located with great and friendly staffs! The traffic around can get quite busy, do rem to add some buffer time to your destinations.

Very comfortable ambience with excellent service. Pravin, the server was extremely attentive and kind. Ben, the manager stopped by just as this food was being served, piping, hot and sizzling, and help serve us while engaging us in delightful conversation. Afterwards, the chef Megana, described the Rosemary time and wine vinegar glaze that made the chicken so tender and delicious. The Basque cheesecake with berries was a delightful way to end the meal. Recommend in the strongest possible terms.

New Year party at the Marriott, and it was an unforgettable experience! The ambiance was lively and vibrant, entertainment was top-notch, and it was impossible not to dance the night away! The Marriott staff went above and beyond to ensure that everyone had a great time.

Loved every bit of my visit, the cake mixing, the brunch spread & to the amazing hospitality. They have an event organised for every festival that we celebrate and to my surprise they manage to deliver it successfully. I would recommend you all to try ❤️

Exceptional staff and hotel … 5 star treatment . I would consider myself well travelled and I have stayed in many hotels around the world and none have compared to the amazing service I received from the staff in this hotel . From check in Mr Abhishek Sharma was outstanding and ensured my 3 week stay was the best . Then I will come to house keeping - amazing team and especially Punam - thank you for exceeding my expectations and I even got a delivery of a Goldfish to my room to keep me company . Every day the team looked after me as if I one of their own ensuring everything was to my liking . I was not feeling well one of the days and reception even called to see if there was anything they could do for me and give me their mobile number to call if I needed anything. Big shout out to all the chefs in this hotel - your food was amazing each night incredible actually . I really appreciated the special curated menu each night in the Italian restaurant. I am looking forward to my next visit soon .

Marriott Whitefield exceeded my expectations. Very well appointed room with a nice view. Excellent customer service… did their best to accommodate my request for an espresso machine by bringing a french press and a davidoff espresso bottle. They provided me with a lounge access which I highly recommend. Finally, Alto Vino is an excellent italian restaurant- chef Visu and his team provided me with customized dishes which I would not have found elsewhere.

Nice to be in JW Marriot for a business dinner. Experience is good Staff Mr Suvo is so helpful in arranging stuff in restro and i should thank Mr Ben John, who took the request and arrange Cake at the last moment, which is so yummy . Will catch up again

The hotel is ok, the rooms are good, and the concierge is great. F&B needs to revamp the service levels in the restaurant and Mbar completely. Also, the cleanliness of the cutlery/silverware offered to customers needs lots of work. The buffet restaurant food barely changes in the buffet, and ordering room service is painful. I will avoid this location in future just for the F&B.

We recently visited Marriott Whitefield and decided to sit at their Bar & Grill. To our surprise, no staff approached us for quite some time. But what shocked us the most was seeing cockroaches on the table! It was extremely unhygienic and unacceptable for a 5-star hotel. Disgusted by the sight, we decided not to place an order and left for another restaurant. If such a reputed hotel struggles with hygiene, it raises serious concerns about how smaller establishments maintain their standards. This was a really bad experience. Thankfully, we noticed it before ordering any food. I hope the management takes this issue seriously and ensures proper cleanliness.

Food and service were great at Whitefield bar and grill inside the Marriott. The menu had a wide selection of food choices. Sushan the restaurant incharge was awesome! Very attentive and helpful. Highly recommend dining at Whitefield bar and grill while you stay at the Marriott Whitefield. Special thanks to chef megna for arranging the pasta for my child and thanks for the delicious foo

Excellent service by Sushan, Suraksha, Vinod. Memorable experience. Food and ambience is fantastic. Great service. Love to visit again. Staffs are friendly and cordial. They were very prompt in delivering the order. I will recommend this place to anyone who want to cherish your moments.
