The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. I loved staying with you, thanks so much for your hospitality! i had a great visit last night, thanks so much. Thank you for being such a magnificent host. Slum house of rats. Displayed blood stained linens with stinky aroma. Not provided us soaps or water bottle. Blankets are using unwashed since years. Dirt painted walls with waterfalls inspired toilet tap. Faucet was clogged and not working

*ac is not working properly *poor maintenance *washroom not clean *management is not good *not satisfied *bedsheet and pillow cover are not washed

Room fan problem full of sound my mother couldn't sleep because of that sound and they are not providing ac with a good temperature otherwise stay is good

I have experienced a horrible stay at this hotel as they have allotted room in the cellar area and some bad smell is there is the room as i went with family, we have requested to allot another room but they denied. ( at least room freshener they have not provided. Ac is also not working, mattress is also very bad quality ( we got back pain by sleeping on that mattress)
