I eas forced to stay near Bangkok airport to undergo another Covid PCR test in a nearby hospital and I was sent to the Rafael Mansion Hotel to spend the night and to receive the test results, which were delayed by the Hospital and issued with erroneous personal details. The hotel manager personally contacted the hospital several times - and he even drove me to the International Airport himself - to make sure that I would not be delayed. I had already been overwhelmed by the excellent breakfast served in the delightful garden and the incredible personal care for my wellbeing. That hotel and its management dertainly deserves a five star rating for kindess and service!!!
