One night stay to catch early morning flight. Large room nicely decorated and comfortable. A fitness room with many training equipments. Free shuttle mini vans were punctual and orderly. The hotel is near the airport and have shuttle service but you have to tell them to book. The room is ok.

The hotel on the whole is good but some aspects can be improved such as the following: 1. The lounge at the 7th level is not adequately filled with better quality local food and perhaps should also look into providing alcoholic drinks like beer and wine. 2. The shower water pressure in the bathroom is not good and the warm/cold water is not well controlled. 3. We have to remind the housekeeping team to constantly topped up the toilet accessories. 4. The hotel spa is too expensive as it is like almost three times the price just outside the hotel. Makes more sense to have some discount (20% maybe) for hotel guests so that hotel guests need not to go out of hotel in search of spa massages. 5. Other than the above, we are happy with our stay and the added service of free shuttle rides to and from airport is definitely an advantage of the hotel over others.

Close to international airport, which was great, shuttle services were a plus. Need to staff front desk guest service who is more fluent in English, and a little friendlier inquiring when see guests around lobby areas.

A very pleasant stay once again. Great service from the free airport shuttle and all the staff at this comfortable hotel with all you need for a happy layover or an easy start or end to your trip in Bangkok. Facilities are very good. I have always been amazed at how quiet the hotel rooms are despite being near the airport and on a busy street.

The Amaranth is about 15mins away from the main BKK airport, so it’s away from Bangkok city, but perfect for a layover. I was very impressed with the kind service from reception and the concierge, the cleanliness of the room and facilities, and lovely resort-like layout of the hotel and its gardens. I certainly slept very well in the room, as the bed is comfortable and the room quiet and dark, thanks to the black-out curtains. The food at breakfast had a buffet selection of Asian and Western dishes, including fruit, cereals, pastries, egg station, pancake station, noodles, fried rice, coffee/tea, etc. For a hotel, I found the food very satisfactory. In the afternoon, I visited the Ma Spa for a 60min oil massage. It was absolutely glorious and worth every bit of the TBH 1720 (incl. tax).

Fabulous place. Only stayed one night but the people on reception were very kind and helpful. The breakfast was also pretty good! Rooms were just ok!

It’s a perfect hotel for stay over flight transfer. The hotel provide free airport transfers. You just need to look for the staff in pink uniforms in Gate 5 when you are at the airport. The breakfast is excellent

The Hotel is close to the airport and the staff are pretty helpful. The big issue I see is about the air conditioning system, no ventilation on the corridors and the rooms are very warm and suffocating upon arrival. You need 15 minutes to cool it down. There is only one restaurant and the food is good except that the quantity of the serving is quite small. I liked the house ice cream anyhow.
