This hotel is an excellent value for the location and price. Staff is friendly, the hotel is clean and comfortable, amenities are as described. You need to check in next door, but this isn’t inconvenient. The hotel allows you to use the free underground parking until 4pm on day of checkout, which is excellent. I’ve stayed here before and will be returning.

Good location and room was ok, just a little bit noisy because my room was facing the main road

The hotel location is located on the Main Street and is easily accessible to shops and restaurants. The guy at the check in counter is really friendly and patient in the helping of our booking of the tickets for our next two days trip and save me a lot of headache.

Good location. Nice personnel. We requested cribs and a water kettle and they provided all.

Locating in Banff Avenue, you can't imagine how splendid the view is looking from the window.

We had an amazing stay at the Red Carpet Inn for one night. It was located at a very convenient place. Also, the hot tub was very nice after a long day of touring in Banff.

獨旅的人不建議選這間旅館，房間內陰森氛圍不說，門沒有安全鎖鏈，我自己自製了簡易門擋抵住門縫，但還是無法安心入睡，入住的第二天晚上甚至有人在不同時間敲我房門三次，我非常的恐懼，但我撥電話給前台沒有人接聽，在此前我還有特地詢問前台若有問題我是否可以撥電話給前台求助，前台回我可以，還教我怎麼打電話到前台。 但飯店地點是很不錯，走路十分鐘內可以到達超市，也可以到達參加一日團行程的集合點。
