Booked non-smoking room. Was given rooms on level 9th floor, which is a flexible floor where guests can smoke. I have asked what if there’s still smoke smell, the receptionist convince me that they ozone the rooms so shouldn’t have any smell. Room only ready at around 4pm (check-in starts at 2pm). Once i went in, the cigaratte smells was so strong, the staffs immediately sprayed deodorizer. Left the room, come back at 10pm, same smell. Called the service, no reply, called again to receptionist immediay ask to change room. They wanted to ozone the room again. It’s freaking 10pm, mind you. The guy ozone came and asked me whether i wasn’t aware with the floor flexibility. Mind you, i am paying for NON SMOKING ROOM, NOT FLEXIBLE ROOM. This hotel is a joke.

I recently stayed here where the staff went above and beyond to make my birthday memorable. Not only did they bring a delicious cake to my room, but they also surprised me by singing the birthday song. Their thoughtful gesture truly made my day extra special. The service provided by the hotel staff was exceptional, and their attention to detail ensured that my birthday celebration was unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a personalized and exceptional experience. Will definitely recommend this hotel. Their service is 5 Star!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A business hotel located right in the heart of Bandung. We stayed here for a night after a tiring fun day at Lembang, before heading to Jakarta the next day. Didn't expect that there's a proper big running track and public library belongs to the municipal government. It was amazing! What is more surprising is when we open the curtain, view of Bandung city with mountains are picturesque. Room was okay and quite spacious. The pool was small however not enticing, but thr gym looks proper though. Breakfast buffet was just okay, with enough varieties and good coffee.
