Beautiful location and most gracious hospitality possible. I was on an all Womens motorcycle ride through Nepal and this was my favorite stop. Lovely views, mountain top location and the staff was excellent. They anticipated your every need. I could not have asked for a better experience

The staff at the Old Inn made our stay an unforgettable experience. We couldnt stop chatting with them, they were all so caring and friendly. The food was the best we had during our trip so far. And the guided walk to Ramkot was the highlight. Absolutely amazing.

I had a wonderful stay at the Old Inn Hotel in Bandipur! The atmosphere is incredibly charming, and the hospitality of the staff is warm and welcoming. The rooms are clean, cozy, and offer a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains. The breakfast was a delight, featuring fresh, local ingredients. I can highly recommend this hotel – a perfect place to relax and enjoy nature! Five stars from me! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

An incredibly charming property with wonderful staff. This historic property is clean and tidy with a small village.charm. We visited on a very hot day and while the fans were very helpful, AC would have helped the sleep. Still, this is a wonderful location to stay, enjoy Bandipur and see the Anaperna Range. Thank you to great hosts.

What a relaxing place to stay, especially after a few weeks hiking! The staff were truly impeccable, friendly and helpful, catering to your needs before you even have to ask. The restaurant food is delicious, and the restaurant patio has a really nice ambience. The rooms are authentic and waking up to views of the himalayas is really special.

A very beautiful hotel with carefully renovated rooms and new tastefully decorated bath rooms. Visiting the place during winter months we were happy about the heated mattress in our bed, and in the cosy restaurant dinner was served in the warmth and light of an open fire. Located in the town's central walking street, the hotel offers a lively atmosphere on its front side combined with a peaceful valley- and-mountain-view on its back side.

Outstanding historic building and location. Lovely staff. Great food. Rooms are beautiful and the views breathtaking. Calm and peaceful. This place was an absolute delight. Highly recommend. Plumbing and hot water work. Enough home comforts to feel at home but simple enough to feel authentic.

We had intended to stay only one night in Bandipur but once we saw the village & the Old Inn decided to extend our stay. No, the Old Inn is not a luxury stay but it is peaceful and authentic as well as probably the best place in town. The nights were chilly when we were there but our electric blanket warmed us up. The hot water was unreliable. But the views were great and the breakfast - with yoghurt, granola, excellent coffee, fabulous fresh squeezed Nepali orange juice, eggs etc - 110%. The rooms are dark because of the shutters but this adds to the atmosphere of the place. So long as you aren’t expecting western luxury this hotel is very serviceable.

We had a 3 night stay which helped break our journey between Kathmandu and Pokhara. The village itself is beautiful, peaceful and very relaxing after the big city. As you see from the pictures, the views from either side of the village are spectacular. Staying in the hotel feels like stepping back in time (in a good way!) It has been restored beautifully, and you can really imagine what life would have been like. This isn't a 5 star luxury hotel and all the better for it. Food is excellent (best in the village), the staff are very helpful and friendly, the atmosphere is very special and you can spend hours and hours taking in the ever changing views. The entire experience was wonderful. I also think what Bandipur have done to protect their village is a lesson for many places to learn from.
