The hotel is located close to the city centre, which can be reached on foot in 15 minutes.
There is a free airport transfer and also a shuttle to the sights of the city - all on request.
We had the family room, which was very spacious. Unfortunately, it is very dated and does not meet western standards. Our room was not cleaned once in four days and we had to pay extra for fresh towels - this is unacceptable.
The breakfast is very rudimentary, there are the most necessary things, nothing more - like in a youth hostel.
Durian is - as usual - forbidden in the hotel. Two metres from the outside entrance, however, the staff sit and eat them. This is very unprofessional.
Overall, you realise that tourism does not play a major role in Brunei. Even if the staff try hard to help in many places, they are for the most part very unprofessional and do not meet modern standards.
You shouldn't expect too much, then it can be a satisfying stay.
