Wafa Hotel & Apartment anmeldelser

I was on a business trip to Brunei and visited the WAFA hotel & apartment. Instead of a review, I am putting words here to compliment the Font Office team (Front Desk, FO Management, Security, Housekeeping) for having a smile in every way. Everyone from the hotel speaks fluently in English with a BIG smile always. There is not a single NO in their reply but responding by their interest in making an effort to help. The warmth is not limited to the time that I am in the lobby but to the moment I exit the hotel entrance at the lower level. My sincere thanks to everyone for making my stay a memorable week.

No wifi in the room. Noticed the router outside was off. Called the receptionist to switch it on.

Check in time is strictly at 2pm. Bed a bit hard (For me) Gym quite run down or under renovation. However it's quite convenient as the supermarket is just downstairs.

Sangat selesa.. Bersih Dan pekerja nya sangat ramah. Makanan sedap. Disediakan tempat mandi manda..

衞生很差，不推薦服務一般衞生差的厲害

C P值很高，人員服務很好，就網路慢了點

房間還可以，就是附近交通不怎麼方便

The hotel located quite far from the city area unless you do have a car or with travel agency so it should be fine for you to move around . Located in the same building with a department store and restaurant . Room kept cleaned and huge room with many electric sockets.
