The room is spacious, clean pool and the food was great. Menu changes everyday.

Was told that non-smoking rooms were unavailable for the day. However, when we mentioned about allergy to smoke, it was available. Kind of strange but won't wanna probe further. Bed and pilows were great. No road noise, gym was good. Connection to the mall was excellent. Likely to stay again if visiting Lampung

Overall good for accommodation during staying in Lampung.. 30 minutes drive to the airport and this hotel connecting to mall which has restaurants and coffee shops... good service and clean.. easy check in and check out.. room size also okay... not small and the aircond also cold.. TV channels not much choices.. breakfast items everage and taste are standard hotel 4 stars..

I stayed on Radisson Hotel during a long holiday (14-16 Mei), so acces to entry, exit and parking was verry crowded. This is because hotel and shopping centre are incorporated in one area.
For services, cleanlines, and amneities is berry good. Thank you radisson hotel

四星酒店設施設備還可以'我最唔滿意嘅地方，現在酒店房間沒有提供牙膏'牙刷'拖鞋'浴袍'現在打電話給客房服務，才會給你非常不方便，呢間四星酒店我由開張至到現在越做越差，以後不會再住
