Rooms, equipments, restaurants are all good. Only reception can’t handle with situation. Many customers do not have ideas to wait and they cut in so often, but reception never warmed them or even let them proceed. Can’t recommend this place otherwise you’ll feel very uncomfortable.

1)Hotel room need to clean properly especially toilet! 2)Power socket and lamp switch have wiring issue and looping together 3) Cafeteria was very bad servise. Not recommend

Our flight arrive early at 8:00a.m so I had called ahead to see if we could check in earlier than the normal 2:00 p.m and i was told to check with the reception upon arrival. To our surprise, we were told that our rooms were ready and check in was a breeze. The staff were friendly and helpful, the food excellent and the rooms were comfortable. Absolute 5 star from my experience. Will certainly stay there again

房間比較老舊了，但是服務比較好，早餐也比較簡單，大概印度尼西亞的餐食不適合我們吧， 游泳池很漂亮，沒有時間享受。

Nice hotel. We have a lot of fun in the swimming pool. Staff ramah dan kondisi hotel bersih dan nyaman. So happy to be here.

The receptionist staff was amazing and kind not to mention the rooms are clean and really beautiful, not forgetting the view is amazing. now i can see why it’s the most well liked hotel in Aceh! definitely will come and stay here again at Hermes Palace Hotel!!!!!

The room is cozy and has a beautiful view. The ambience is very nice. The service is perfect. Not to mention the food. It was really amazing. I will book it again when I visit Banda Aceh. Anyway, the cost is a bit pricey but it doesn't matter as long as everything was almost perfect.
