This was my 5th or 6th time having afternoon tea here. Each time is just as good as the last, never had a bad experience yet and everything you get is fresh & tasty. Staff are fantastic, great energy and attentive attitudes from the start and always willing to help with anything you ask. Best afternoon tea I’ve had anywhere!

My family and I went to leighinmohr hotel Easter Sunday for food . The staff were friendly but incompetent of taking a drink order they got it wrong twice. When the waitress came with the menu they didn't tell us about food not menu only when the waiter came to take our order he told us then and it was a panic to pick something else. You were forced into having two course. The starter was nice but the main course rib of beef very fatty and not nice. Very small portions and so not worth the money. Very expensive for what you got . Not recommended

The Pan Seared Seabass in the ClockHouse Restaurant was absolutely phenomenal. One of the best if not the best fish dishes I’ve ever had. Would highly recommend this hotel and restaurant. My wife and I got married in the Leighinmohr House Hotel in March 2017 and it has just got better and better. Elegant, Beautiful and Amazing Food.

We had our wedding in Leighinmohr house in February 25 and it was the most perfect day from start to finish. The staff were fantastic and the food was amazing. Our guests are still talking about how good the meal was until this day! We want to especially mention Patricia who helped us organise everything ahead of our wedding day. Patricia was so lovely and professional and nothing was too much trouble. She kept us right with everything on the wedding day and made us feel so at ease. We would 100% recommend leighinmohr hose to anyone! 😊

We had our wedding in Leighinmohr House Hotel in January 2025. We could not fault the hotel for anything. All the staff were brilliant from the moment we booked our wedding in January 2023 until we left the morning after our big day. We got so many compliments on our wedding meal, one of our guests said it was the best meal they’ve had at a wedding yet. The venue is stunning, everything is kept clean & the view down by the river is amazing for photographs! We would highly recommend Leighinmohr House Hotel

Stayed at the beginning of February. Hotel is stunning, rooms decorated to a high standard. Staff couldn’t fault. Food was delicious and live music in the bar after for a few drinks very enjoyable! Only fault I had was no bottled water in the rooms, which I find is pretty standard even for budget hotels. Would love this to be taken on board as it’s an appreciated extra for many people. We have our wedding booked here for August 2026 we cannot wait to return.

Leighinmohr hotel is an acquaint place hidden in Ballymena , right beside the river ,if your looking somewhere for a wedding it’s perfect , the decor is beautiful , the staff are friendly and make you so welcome , the food is amazing , I have dined here had family dinner and also my wedding in Dec2024 , the bedrooms are really lovely decorated , if your looking style , comfort and looking a romantic weekend away it’s ideal , for a wedding you have beautiful setting down by the river for taking wedding photographs , the hotel is perfect for quiet evening meal with good food served and great choices on the menu I would definitely recommend the hotel for that special day /night away or for just dining out

We had our wedding here and it was perfect from start to finish. We got a great feeling for the place when we looked around and knew we would love it. They stayed in touch a lot before the big day which kept our mind at ease. I always felt like nothing was too much to ask. The food is incredible and our guests are still commenting on it and how beautiful the day was.

We got married in the leighinmohr in August 2024. We had thee best day we could have wished for. The staff were amazing! Catherine was there on hand for everything we needed. They were just outstanding with personal requests and touches we wanted to include in our special day. The food was superb. We honestly couldn’t fault one thing at all! We most definitely will be back! Will always recommend this hotel for everything! Thank you sooo much to all involved in making our day soo special.
