First time staying at Horison Le Aman Jimbaran, I thought it was a 3 star hotel, the service was like 3 stars in general, but after I stayed here I felt the service was like a 5 star hotel, I would like to say a special thank you to Umi at the front office who served me when checking in in a kind and friendly manner and explained the facilities at the hotel well. When I asked and needed something, Umi was quick to help and find a solution. She greeted me kindly when I arrived, and I also really liked the food provided at the restaurant, especially at breakfast the soto provided was very delicious and this was the first time I had tried soto here. The hotel facilities are quite complete and the hotel location is very strategic, close to the beach, and the rooms face the view of the GWK Statue, close to airport and lots of places to eat. The rooms are quite spacious and clean, the room cleaning service is very friendly. Thank you Hotel Horizon Le Aman. It was a really pleasant experience to be able to stay here next time I come back I will stay here again thank you Umi and the Fo team and the HK team😍
