The Kanjeng Suites & Villas Sanur

Unfortunately, my experience with this accommodation was disastrous, and I feel obligated to share my disappointment to warn others. The photos and descriptions of this property were completely misleading. Upon arrival, I discovered that the accommodation looked nothing like the pictures, which were clearly taken when the villa was brand new. The current state of the property was appalling—dirty, neglected, damp, and overall in a deplorable condition. I decided to leave on the first day because the conditions were absolutely unacceptable. When I reached out to the staff to request a refund, I was met with complete unprofessionalism and indifference: • The staff deliberately avoided communication. • When they did respond, they offered excuses and redirected me to different phone numbers for complaints, which were never answered. • Most of my emails and messages were ignored. Despite providing evidence of the misleading photos and the poor quality of the services, I have still not received a refund. On top of the misrepresentation of the property, the way they handled complaints was extremely unprofessional. I want to warn anyone considering booking this accommodation to be very cautious. If you choose to stay here, be prepared for the possibility that the reality might be completely different from what is advertised. The photos are outdated and do not reflect the current state of the property. Customer service is unhelpful, and if you encounter any issues, you are likely to experience the same dismissive attitude that I did. My advice: Check reviews thoroughly, verify up-to-date photos, and carefully consider whether you want to risk your money and peace of mind. I hope you can avoid an experience like mine.

This was a dirty, untidy and run down hotel. We checked in and checked out after 2mins in the room. Pictures displayed didn't show the real time condition of this hotel. If you stayed here for the first time in Bali and Sanur you would think Bali was a horrible place. This hotel needs major renovations and a good clean. Swimming pool was cloudy and green. Pool area was messy. Pool light was hanging off the wall and dangerous to swimmers. The room was dirty and uncleanness. Room lights were falling off. Bathroom and room had mould on floor and wall. Don't stay here. The hotel wouldn't refund my money back as well. Not a great experience. Stay elsewhere.

Sorry about that survey but I don't even use the service.. and I asked the hotel staff by WhatsApp to cancel my booking but failed due to term and condition he said. But the trip.com chat bots informed me wait the hotel to confirm. But there's no answer yet until the days up. and I can't help. My money went away.. I hope better service by trip.com not only offering best deal... But service about what might happen during the reservation.. So that there's no misunderstanding between customer, hotel and it trip.com (us)

Very bad i dont recommend it the room are very dirty and bad smell . And they refuse to refund me impossible to sleep in the bad

First time staying here, and I didn't know this accommodation before! Trip.com has showed a room display option for the Chinese New Year, the rate was okay but compare to other I prefer to stay in other hotel which offers same price for better facility. Indeed, the photos on Trip.com looks great, in fact it's 180 degrees different then in real. Good location, calm and feel relaxed, but the cleanliness is bad, this old accommodation needs special and big maintenance to make it better look! First, I entered a room I was shocked to see the different compare on photos. The bathroom had no headshower and the water pressure is really low, it was room in second floor and stuck balcony door which uneasy to slide (rusty). was really bad! The linens, sofas, curtains, towels are dirty and stinky. I was asking the receptionist for the new room. The staff is really helpful and will try to make your stay accommodating. They will help out with the issues you have. this is a plus! 2 Nights stay is fine, hopefully from this review they will start to think to make this place looks better than what it is now.
