Nice hotel, the staffs are really nice. The pool and the beach is relaxing. The breakfast is indulging. The towels are a bit gray.

A great resort to spending holiday with family , the location in central Bali down town, a lot great restaurant , cafe and bar round the resort, we had a great time there. The breakfast is amazing, we enjoyed it so much, we will come back again soon!

They provided excellent service in the hotel. The room and the common areas were all kept clean and felt very comfortable. The breakfasth is highly recommended too. The staff really made a great job at making the stay as comfortable as possible.

We enjoyed our stay at the W Hotel in Bali. The service was great, the staff were friendly, and the rooms were clean. However, one incident left us feeling disappointed. At the Woobar, we noticed an empty seating area and asked the staff if we could sit there. Unfortunately, we were told it wasn’t possible due to a reservation. After 2-3 hours, the seats were still empty, so we asked again. Once more, we were told no because the reservation was for 5 PM. As a result, the seats remained vacant for nearly 5 hours. In my opinion, the staff could have allowed us to use the lounge seats until 4:45 PM, as most bar visits typically last 2.5 to 3 hours. This would have been a more efficient and guest-friendly use of the space.

From the moment we arrived the hotel staff made us feel so special, we were greeted by Darma by our first names with a friendly smile. Soon enough everyone was so motivated to help us enjoy our experience at W Bali Seminyak. The buildings are classy, bright and super clean and well maintained. Multiple restaurants all with distinct flair and variety of fare. Every meal was delicious and fresh. Breakfast was extraordinary with a la carte and buffet options. Sunday Seafood Brunch was an excellent buffet and should not be missed! Supreme quality seafood and sashimi, fresh and delicious. Daily breakfast was extensive with superb flavours and variety. We had two wonderful staff ensure that we had more than we could ever expect, nothing too much hassle and special boost shots thank you so much for the first class service from Kelo and Agus! You are a major asset to this hotel and should be rewarded for your impeccable customer service. Our expectations were exceeded and having travelled to many 5 Star hotels around the world, we can honestly say W Bali Seminyak is the best so far on all levels, the staff make this hotel with personable and the best friendly service. We will be back with our business team to enjoy every moment together. Our experience needs to be shared with others! Thank you W Bali - we were made to feel so special in every possible way. We stayed for 3 nights at the W Hotel Seminyak, located on a long beach. The ocean here was characterised by wind and waves in August, yet adding to the scenic beauty. The hotel did present the fresh, modern, and colorful design typical of W Hotels, reflected in both the exterior and interior decor. The rooms maintain this vibrant style, while the villas, which we finally switched to, offer a more elegant, wooden Balinese aesthetic. The pool area is a highlight, with its colorful design and palm trees creating a relaxing holiday vibe. Beyond, the breakfast was extraordinary, offering a wide range of freshly made dishes. From reception to service and management, we experienced a warm, attentive, and caring atmosphere that truly enhanced our holiday. Overall, the W Seminyak is a highly recommendable choice for a relaxed and enjoyable vacation.

W Bali Seminyak is an absolute gem! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the stunning beachfront location and impeccable service. We land Bali and arrive very early at W Hotel. The staff is nice and let us check in earlier at 10:30am so that we can take rest and enjoy the villa with sun shine. The pool is fantastic and the room got all the stuff we needed. The price is a little bit high but it is worth it.

All staffs are friendly and everything is pretty good!!!!!
