After booking a three-night stay with plans to potentially extend, we were forced to check out early due to the hotel's shockingly inflexible attitude.
I’ve stayed in many hotels worldwide, but this was the first time I felt truly disrespected as a guest. When I ordered food from an external restaurant (as I had every right to do), the staff refused to provide cutlery, claiming it was ‘against policy’ unless I ordered from their overpriced room service. Imagine being told to ‘eat with your hands’ in a so-called 5-star hotel! This wasn't about utensils - it was about being treated like a walking wallet rather than a valued guest.
While the staff is friendly and the property itself is beautiful and the bed comfortable, except stained linen and grayish old towels , true luxury lies in service.
They could replace the towels and the bed linen in 5 rooms for the price I paid for one night. And changed some rules related to cutlery in rooms but seems management is not interested.
