Vores familie tog 2 værelser, og vi opgraderede til typen med balkon mod et ekstra gebyr på 300.000 Rp. i håbet om, at det ville være mere behageligt, for det viste sig, at værelsesfaciliteterne var præcis som et budgethotel uden hjemmesko og værelset var ikke særlig rummeligt + masser af myrer, selvom morgenmaden var moderat uden menu variationer og ingen smag, ville vi heldigvis ikke bo i 3 nætter, så vi besluttede at flytte hoteller. God værdi for pengene, ja. Jeg vil overveje at bo på dette hotel næste gang, men transporttiden til turistattraktioner på Bali er for lang. Du bør overveje at tage en afslappet tid, når du rejser. They put me in the basement near the restaurant which played loud music until late. The TV didn’t work and there was a loud fan noise from the bathroom all night. There must have been some drainage issue with the toilet because the whole night I could hear gurgling noises from the bathroom. In the morning the bathroom was covered in water and dirt/sewage. I showed it to reception and all they said was house keeping will clean it…. I asked for a new room to shower in and they provided. How on earth is this a 4 star hotel? Definitely 3 star at best. Even the hotel lobby is dated.

Good area. There is alfamart just acroos the street. Not far from tourist attraction

It was a fine stay. Hygiene standards are generally low in Bali, unfortunately! The hotel staff was nice and helpful. Room service is working effectively. You need to use Grab/Gojek every time you want to go somewhere.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a truly wonderful experience. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The service was outstanding and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was also impressive. My room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, and all the facilities were kept in top condition.

Don't leave your stuff, especially wallets, cause the cleaners steal money from the purse. I had apprx 2.1M IDR stolen from my wallet when we're having breakfast. It's absolutely ridiculous!! Think 100 times before you book the hotel. May be cheap price it withthis situation you'd end up spending the same amount at a good hotel. Photos on the website and any booking site are 1000% deceiving and misleading. Toilets and shower are dirty as and heaps of dirt and mould stuck in the shower heads. Probably cleaned or replaced 10 years ago.

Really thin walls so you can hear people walking/talking on the hallways and even the rooms next to yours. As for cleanliness, it’s not bad but there are lots of rusty parts in the bathroom.

Prime location near wahaha, braud, gusto gelato, bigul malen etc. Old hotel but still good and affordable.

Nice hotel in quite good location, But noisy in the morning when hotel room service are cleaning room and talking loudly.

The location is perfect for Bali. The restaurant is opened 7/24. The room is clean. There are a lot of good restaurants, markets, atm etc.. everything behind of hotel.

Very nice place has gym and pool. Breakfast is ok. Don’t do laundry here they are over priced. And there tours and drivers are overpriced too
