I had a very comfortable stay here. The room is huge. Actually it's more like a villa on its own. I was lucky to be staying near the restaurant. The resort is surrounded by nature, and its further away from Ubud. Being in the nature, naturally you will have ants, lizards and some insects around. So do remb to shut the doors when you are in the room and thankfully there is a curtain surrounding the bed. They have the electronic insect repellent for you too. Room keeping was prompt on a daily basis. The staffs were all very friendly and helpful. They even made the effort to address you by your first name. Before checking in, there will be a little blessing ritual for you. Drinking water is readily available in your room. You can ask for top-up with no additional charges. You will be greeted with a plate of local fruits upon arrival in your room. The room has many PowerPoint for you to charge your devices and personally I had no use for the adaptor I brought as the switch itself is quite friendly with built-in adaptor. The welcome drink is really tasty. They term it Jamu. Breakfast was sumptous even with good vegetarian options. You will enjoy complimentary: - Yoga session in the evening - Shuttle bus to Ubud twice a day - Tea break - Evening cookies placed in your room Personally I think you can skip the spa. There is a cute cable car bringing you up and down as there are really many steps. You can hear the roosters every now and then. Which adds to the experience. If you are looking for a quiet and comfortable stay, this is the resort for you. Highly recommend!

We had the most amazing experience at this hotel. We have been to a lot of hotels and The staff here were probably the best staff we have encountered on our travels. Food was fantastic and the rooms were very clean. The reception were very eager to help us find activities to do. Over all a fantastic stay and we would love to come back again thank you!!

Must visit place for peace and nature. Lovely people and great location.

Amazing staff, beautiful setting, impressive food. Much, much, quieter than staying in Ubud itself, but closer enough to visit all the same sites. This place is a gem, delivering a level of service significantly higher than anywhere else we stayed in Bali at the same price point

Wonderful & tranquil feeling to be in the jungle. Well kept & clean. No lizards in the room. Big plus point. There's some small room to improve though in terms of maintenance. Hopefully things get better for them post pandemic. 2 nights is sufficient for the experience. A quick mental health recalibration.

Good hotel with best services. Only the way to the room you hve to updown the stairs. But overall is very good

首先吧，因為我們很早就訂了這酒店，所以入住時已經忘了自己是訂叢林觀景別墅，而且回到房間已經很晚，所以不知道酒店給錯了房型給了叢林皇家套房我們，事後酒店還理論說皇家套房價格更貴，但事實是我們訂的叢林別墅更貴，先不論價錢，我們要的是叢林別墅的景觀，為此我跟女友都失望了一天，當時還是我生日，而且當晚房間廁所燈是壞的，因為太晚了 ，我們不想麻煩酒店，女朋友洗澡時因為太黑，不能準確摸到洗髮水瓶子而打爛了瓶，我當時睡著了不知道原因是燈是壞的，退房時被charge了40萬印尼盾而沒理論，所以事後想想事情真的很無辜且無奈，事後Trip.com客服有退了200元港幣

整體服務還行，就是和這個價值不對等，整體感覺一般

One of the best places we have visited. We stayed in Panoramic View Villa for 12 nights. This was our second time in Nandini Jungle Resort and Spa, Bali. They welcome us with open arms and treated us like their family. The entire staff and their hospitality is out of this world. We loved the food there. The chef cooked us delicious food everyday. They took care of each and everything just like a family. I honestly don’t remember everyone’s name but everyone from reception, restaurant, bar, housekeeping are so humble and polite. Mr. Agus, the manager is a very generous, well behaved and very kind. It was great meeting the owner of the resort. Mr. Bitra, our driver who was with us last year and this year, is a very nice person who helped us roam around Ubud and dropped us to the airport. We would love to visit and stay in Nandini again. We really appreciate the way you all made us feel like family and special. Thank you so much everyone at Nandini Resort.

Spent two days there. An amazing place in the jungle. The staff very nice and helpful. Definitely a place to come back to. Lestari was amazing during our meals at the restaurant. The bar was a great place to relax in the evening with amazing drinks!

Perfect place! I recommand it a lot ! Paradise and kindfull peoples Nature and quiet place Romantic Good food You have to go there Incredible You have all that you need here! Cocktails, food and Netflix on tv lol Massages are Perfect I love this place

This hotel was absolutely gorgeous and we loved it! Beautiful rooms and exceptional service the staff were all amazing. A wonderful breakfast! We used the shuttle bus service into Ubud, (Thanks Dion! ) had the afternoon tea and attended a couple of yoga classes which were all excellent (and no extra charge!) The only slight negative was that food and drink prices were high and there was nowhere within walking distance to use as an alternative. And lots of steps! Not suitable for anyone who’s not fully active!
