Excellent rooms and nice location . Breakfast was good with a lot of choices. Will visit here again in July

The breakfast and dinner is very delicious. The server named Wahyu, very polite and helpful during the breakfast and dinner. We really enjoy our stay at Mulia. The pool and the beach is very clean.

The resort was great, convenient location, super clean, staff super nice and helpful, but both the Xmas Eve and Xmas dinners were much too expensive and not worth per the food offered (2 buffets at more than HKD1,000 but all “normal” dishes), very disappointed on that. Spa was great though. Overall experience still good.

The hotel offers stunning scenery from the lounge area, complemented by an excellent breakfast spread. With numerous swimming pools, there’s no chance of boredom. Planned activities cater to both kids and adults and the live music adds a wonderful touch. I’ll definitely be returning! The hotel’s security is also commendable—very well-managed and reassuring! Thank u Mulia!

Hotel exterior is good but the room is really really old and need to upgrade or renovate. Hospitality is good! Breakfast is good! Kids club is good! Just need to renovate and upgrade the room.

Room need renovation, but facility still very good

It is a nice hotel. The reception service has to be improved: some ****** was even quite rude. I regret I didn’t remember her name. Also, the person who registered us forget about to organize our breakfast, so we have to wait 20 minutes. Likely, we had time before our flight. I bought a full board package and I have to ask many people about it, how it works. I don’t recommend it. Because it has a lot limitation, time and restaurant which I didn’t know. For example you can have your lunch from 13:00 to 15:00 only using special menu which doesn’t have all list dishes…+ always pay separately for the drinks. The breakfast is like a busy supermarket, too crowded and wait in the line for the table. Will I visit again? Maybe only for 1-2 days only. The Japanese buffet dinner is expensive but worse it. Ocean: nobody swim in the ocean, it was too shallow. The toiletries are very cheap…

Beautiful resort, lovely helpful staff especially the concierge on arrival, big pools ( could be a bit cooler not refreshing too warm in afternoon) sun lounges  in pool could do with umbrellas instead of small sun shade as there is limited shade, breakfast choices are very good & very tasty huge selection to choose from & great coffee ( latte ect )Great food in restaurants & lovely live music in evenings on weekends, rooms & bathrooms are fantastic beds very comfy. Overall an amazing relaxing time.

Superb experience in Mulia resort!!! We love everything here. Must try their yoga and pilates lessons! The breakfast and dinnner buffet are so delicious and there are lots of choices of food. In love with their pool design!
