Toilet door unable to close and lock properly. After lock , very hard to open back. My kid was stucked inside unable to open the door. Main door lock stucked and unable to lock. The maintenance came and repair it quite fast. The location is good and the hotel looks neat and clean ..

Good location near the beach. Good breakfast The only thing are they don’t have cable tv in the room and the aircon is very weak.

Very old hotel in a good location in Kuta. We were upgraded to a corner suite which was very nice. However it's old hotel with worn out room, furniture & fittings and facilities dating back over 30 + years without refurbishment. Big fitness centte with old equipment still functioning reasonably well

Booking was made for my family and they did enjoyed their stay.

Check in staff were very helpful on the afternoon of our check in. The hotel is in a lively area with plenty of bars and restaurants. The pools in the hotel are nice and big with plenty of space. The hotel itself is very worn down, the furniture is old and broken it’s in need of a serious make over considering it’s meant to be a 5 star. If you want to head to the beach to relax don’t bother Kota beach near the hotel is filthy covered with wood and varies bottles and cans from the beach bars along the beach.

Such a horrible experience we had. Will never recommend to anyone. The room is pretty average with near by shopping and restaurant location with a close beach which was dirty. Everything was going pretty average until we gave our laundry and we received our laundry with some stain on all our white clothes and other clothes was not clean (few pic attached for reference). We were so disappointed with the experience and went to front desk thinking that they will understand our disappointment however the senior lady (Saudik) at the desk was very rude and ask us to remove our clothes from the luggage even after something the picture and one physical cloth for the evidence. Included airport transport, breakfast many food, every day have change some food, swimming pool is big, can play basketball, children pool, adult pool until night can play, gym room, outside street have good point for travel

The hotel is centrally located in Kuta, and only about 5 mins walk from the beach. Plus, it is less than 10 mins from the airport by taxi. Can't really ask for more. In terms of cleanliness, I rate it so-so partly because the building looks a bit rundown. The aircon in the room was humming when we checked in. Fortunately, that issue was ratified the next day. Service wise, my wife and I would say it met our expectation during our stay. We were actually quite happy to use the discounted food vouchers at the hotel's restaurants where we were able to dine to our delight. The food variety is good, and we were spoilt for choices for good eats all within a stone throw from the hotel. The swimming pool is aesthetically designed and more practical for a dip rather than a swim. The fitness room is spacious and looks well-equipped. Overall, it was a relaxing, well-deserved vacation.

Room housekeeping standard need to improve. Food for breakfast less variety.

Irecently stayed at Kuta Paradiso, and unfortunately, my experience was just average. While the hotel's location is great, the property itself is showing its age. The room I stayed in had stains on the sofa, a damp floor, and windows that creaked loudly when the wind blew. The staff, while polite, didn't seem very enthusiastic or welcoming. The breakfast buffet was also a letdown. The selection was limited, and the small plates made it difficult to try a variety of dishes. Room service was slow and not very impressive. The pool area was disappointing, too. The pool itself was dull and didn't seem very clean. Overall, I wouldn't say that Kuta Paradiso exceeded my expectations. With some renovation and staff training, this hotel could reach its full potential. *Suggestions for improvement:* - Renovate rooms to address maintenance issues - Provide larger plates at breakfast buffet - Improve room service quality and speed - Clean and maintain pool area - Train staff to be more welcoming and enthusiastic I hope this feedback is helpful in improving the hotel's services and facilities.

Great location with airport shuttle service and great ataff. It is one of the few hotels in kuta which has free shuttle service.

We stayed first 2 nights then extended our stay for further 4 nights . Breakfast was very good and hotel location was very good. All star was good

Excellent place to staff. Staff is awesome, very helpful, food is great in all three restaurants. Beautiful pool, great rooms, large and comfortable.

Great location - close to beach, shopping, restaurants… Pool design is one of the best we’ve seen and the 9 pm closure time means we can still enjoy the pool way after sunset. Breakfast buffet is good.
