Honestly couldn’t fault anything. Hotel staff and service were perfect, room was clean with housekeeping services every day and everything within walking distance.

It’s a superb location along the main street in Seminyak, surrounded by restaurants and massage parlours, and minutes away from Seminyak Sq. Staff were friendly and helped me promptly to resolve an issue with an extremely noisy family in the room beside mine. But as a female solo traveller, the ceiling to floor glass panels right beside the toilet bowl and shower area made me extremely uneasy. The glass panels faced a wall but there was a small ledge outside, could fit one person by width. It was locked during my stay and I was told no one could open it from outside. But what about cameras or people upstairs? The next day as I found out, there was renovation carried out in the room right above mine and I could see people standing on the ledge above my room. I dunno if they could see through the gaps in the ledge and into my washroom but I made sure not to use my bathroom all day until the renovation ended. This made me extremely uncomfortable. I feel the glass panels could be frosted or blinds could be installed on that side, just like how the panels facing the room are frosted and come with blinds. The walls of the room also seem rather thin. Doesn’t help that mine was a connecting room with a door to the next room, so I could hear every convo next door and the slamming of the bathroom door and main door, and also a kid who was bouncing a beach ball against the wall and room floor. The staff took action to remind the customers next door but I guess that can’t be there every minute. Needless to say, I didn’t sleep until wee hours of the night when the family finally stopped talking. In all, I think I would return due to the location. The hotel would be even better if the glass panel issue in the bathroom could be resolved!

Everything was ok. It's located in the heart of seminyak so will be very busy at the day goes later. Things provides are sufficient to make your stay conformable.

Very good location and convenient to supermarket and restaurants. Every staff is friendly and helpful. Room is clean and comfortable. I’ll not hesitate to book this hotel if I am back to Bali. .

Service was good to great, location is perfect! Only disappointment was the rooftop pool, little atmosphere with no music (advised speakers didn’t work) and bar service as a pay as you go rather than a preferred pay at end option; would stay and drink at the rooftop if service/atmosphere was more accommodating. Breakfast was great value!

IZE is located at a superb location, with myriad shops and resturants right outside. It's a 10 minute walk to Seminyak Square and Village, and 15 minutes to the Seminyak beach. The Jacuzzi room we were allocated was 518, and Jacuzzi worked very well. Beds were the best we slept in our 8 nights in Bali amongst 3 different hotels. Breakfast was amazing as well, catering to a vegetarian palette with amazing glass noodles, fried rice, sourdough bread and fruits. The Juice Concoctions were unlike anything we ever drank in any hotel, in an awesome way. Rooftop infinity pool is well maintained, though it needs temperature controlled water. The only scope for improvement is the room furniture which show their age. Overall it's the best bet in Seminyak, and specially recommended for vegetarians for the amazing breakfast.

Nice hotel with super excellent location if you love to party… very near to la favela

Jacuzzi was not well maintained. Was informed by the reception upon check-in that our room was upgraded, but its what we had booked for. Room was not soundproof. We could hear a couple fighting in the middle of the night. Toilet didn't had proper ventilation. Plus point was the rooftop pool. Seminyak Square and 24hrs Coco supermarket is just stones away. Average stay, excellent location.

It was fine, good for the price, pretty good breakfast.
