Clean rooms with a small pool and extra charges for breakfast. We were told the rooms with large beds were only on the first floor and we were we put in a room with a window facing a wall without natural lighting for days.

Was not to far to go anywhere, 5 min to the beach, and a short walk to shops and pubs.

It is within a very busy area, so transportation is complicated. The stuff was too friendly and the breakfast buffet is worth it, I loved it but it is far from the beach clubs.

Location is far from beach and two noisy. Pool view is wired when people are starting from their rooms and making your videos. Rooms are too noisy and hotel staff is also talking loudly while they are working or cleaning in lobbies or corridors.

This hotel is located in Seminyak area and very close to the shopping area, accessible by foot. Many massage places nearby as well.

Highly recommended” It was my second stay in this hotel. Hotel was absolutely fantastic, beautiful pool area, amazing buffet breakfast with a huge variety of food and a stone throw away from the beach, restaurants and shopping.love this hotel.

Great location. Close to the beach but also not too busy. Epic pool and a nice cultural addition of the Balinese architecture. Very helpful and kind staff. They went beyond and above because we lost our sunglasses and they found them and kept them for us. Comfortable bed. The pillows were a bit too hard and big though. Bathroom good. Really fast elevator and convenient in general. Highly recommend. Come and stay here with your family

While booking, we have booked for 2 Adult and 1 Child. upon checking in the staff was mentioning additional bed (for the child) cost extra $$$. This should have been mentioned while booking itself. This is still acceptable to some extend. I get so upset when i learned that they will only provide 2 towels per room. (we are 3 btw). They can only exchange towel upon returning the used towels... The staff were so un friendly, Lastly the room is not cleaned enough, even repeatedly we say the room is not clean. Worst hotel experience ever. They should not claim it is a 4 star hotel
