nice location , good staff but have problem that is the rooms very old and no have renew for long time need more attention for clean it and renew

Very suitable for family vacation , good breakfast and dinner . A place where u stay for few days and just enjoy in the hotel as the facilities like swimming pool ,kid club and spa already enough for you to use . However place far away from convenient shop and town.

This hotel is for family relaxing resort type. Quite far from Bali Collection and others central places. Nusa Dua area is good to relax in pool or beach whole day. Beach water is a bit not clean in this area and rocky for kids. Hotel has several pools area. We sat at pool side whole day with drinks and snack.

It's a beautiful property with an efficient and courteous ever smiling staff - speaks volumes for the management. The breakfast is quite elaborate and you don't miss anything - they have something for everyone. With CNY around the corner, there was a festive spirit in the air. Their event space (ballroom) is lovely. Sadly, we missed the beach as it kept raining - next time, maybe! Cheers

This was one the finest resort we stayed. It’s a huge property with beautiful views and excellent amenities. Staff also very good. Food was good and buffet breakfast was amazing with good Indian food too.

The resort is beautiful and the scenery is amazing. Breakfast is also very good. The only minor issue I encountered was that the gym had water leaking for the roof

It was a memorable trip with my family in Bali Hilton resort. Especially the memories we captured in the beautiful locations of the resort by Dreams Studio Bali, Geraldo and Eka. Thank you and wonderful job by you guys !! when I now see the pictures on my wall, I feel really happy and think that I've taken a good decision to choose you guys to capture our memories!!

Great place for families. They have their own beach front which is not shared with other hotel guests. However there are no lifeguards during our stay and the beach is dirty. Hotel to consider having a lifeguard at the beach area, and also clean up the area.

The room and swimming pool are clean. There is a big water slide which is quite exceptional for a hotel. It’s just quite a lot of ants inside the room
