Kharista Villas & Retreat by Ekosistem anmeldelser

I really don't like writing reviews that are not positive, this is constructive criticism and i think guests need to be aware before booking this property. It is probably one of the not-so-great hotels i have ever stayed at. The villas are surrounded by a road which only motorbikes have access to, the noise coming through the barn roof was incredible. When i asked for the room to be reimbursed they said no so i had to occupy the villa for the evening. The staff kindly offered another room but the two other rooms the noise was worse. If that wasn't enough the neighbours on the other side of my villa stayed up for hours with their TV blaring all night echoing through my walls. I woke up to banging at just after 7am and looked outside and their is construction going on next door. It was the icing on the cake and i really couldn't wait to leave this retreat, I really think they should change the name 'retreat' as it is unfortunately it is not relaxing and serene staying in the villa.
