resort looked empty but they give us a villa quite right inside. breakfast was good. villa looked a bit run down. air con was only 1 area so it was very hot so had to request a fan but they were unhappy and didn't want to give but after much persuasion they brought from another room which says that it was hot, lot of mosquitoes and lizards. TV was placed in an awkward location that it was blocked by our bed which was so difficult to watch. not much channels so i guess that they need to upgrade

Resort was perfect. Really was. Beautiful pools, forest, rooms, massage was good and everything was romantic and suitable for couple. I wouldve stayed long if i could

We celebrated our anniversary and the hotel arrangements were well thought out, very attentive to detail. All the staff are helpful, humble and polite. We strongly recommend this hotel.

Highly recommended. Luxurious room. High privacy. Very very kind staff. Service is ultra excellent.

The stuff was nice. But the wall was too thin and I could hear the talk in the next villa clearly until the midnight. I will not come back this hotel

리조트에서 머물면서 휴식하기 좋은 곳입니다 직원들의 적극적인 응대와 서비스가 인상적입니다 다만 우붓 메인스트리트와 떨어져 있고, 물의 상태가 좋지는 않습니다. 투숙객이 많지않아 북적이지 않고 조용히 머물수 있습니다

酒店景色很好，房間非常大，有游泳池，小院子，服務也很不錯，就是水龍頭出來的水有很多黑色顆粒。

非常的適合來深度的放鬆，不過天花板偶爾突然會漏水

酒店環境挺好的，也挺大，自帶spa，餐廳，露天大泳池活動區。適合度假，帶爸爸媽媽來的話也不錯。離烏布中心地區有一點距離，但是我們騎摩託車也還算方便。 房間雖然寫有200平多，實際感受沒那麼大，泳池比較小。早餐不錯，是點餐制。

非常好的度假酒店，服務人員非常熱情，贈送的下午茶也很美味，房間佈置的很漂亮，還有花瓣浴，房間裏有香薰，非常不錯的體驗，每天定時有車去烏布中心，是來回的，早餐點餐制，味道非常美味，因為帶着孩子去的，對小孩照顧也非常棒👍🏻

酒店坐落在烏布的街道旁，從路口到酒店，感覺像是進了兩個世界，酒店的環境，就像一個熱帶雨林花園，我們選擇的是帶泳池的院子，屬於半開放式房間，環境很不錯，面積也相當的大，除了設施稍顯老舊外，沒有什麼可挑剔。晚上也相當的安靜，可以在蛙鳴聲中入睡，生態環境相當的不錯。早餐，是需要單獨點的，上的有點慢，味道還可以。這個酒店還是值得一去的！工作人員們都非常的熱情，我們晚上十點鐘才到達酒店，接待員小姐姐們，幫我們把行李送到了院子，非常的貼心。

사람들이 매우 친절하고, 기분좋은 날을 제공해줘서 아주 느낌이 좋았습니다. 하지만 개인풀은 사용하기 약간 꺼려지긴 합니다. 전반적으로 느낌은 좋으니 괜찮다고 보여집니다.
