Recommended hotel with direct views to the beach, there they have small indoor playground, a special pool for kids, room clean and very good service. Just lack of parking facility.

The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and the staff's genuine care for their guests made it an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you're looking for a place that goes the extra mile to celebrate special occasions. We will definitely be back!

Service was a little slow & had to change room due to air-conditioning not working. Hotel food is good.

There is beach behind this hotel. Mas Krisna, housekeeping staff was the friendliest hotel staff I've met in the hotel.

Had the pleasure a 4 day of staying at this incredible hotel, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way! The moment I stepped into the lobby, I was struck by the spotless cleanliness and elegant décor. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the major attractions. The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The amenities were fantastic, with a relaxing pool area, a well-equipped gym, and a delicious breakfast buffet, direct access to the beach, and their pizza at warung bamboo by the beach is da bomb! Must try! But what truly made my stay stand out was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. From the warm welcome at check-in to the helpful recommendations for local dining and activities, every interaction was genuinely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a exceptional stay. Its unbeatable combination of cleanliness, location, service, amenities, and friendly staff makes it a true gem!

Tijili benoa hotel was good. I can mention that room was spacious, bed was comfortable but cleanliness was on satisfactory level, it could be better. We saw ants in our room and floor was sticky until we asked room service to wash it and paid for it. We lived on 6th floor and there was no signs in which direction should we go to get in our room and it was challenging to find room assigned to us when check in. Hotel had just 2 lifts and we need to go circles around to get to the ground floor or lobby. Breakfast wasn’t good, very spicy and oily dishes, limited choice of beverages and salads, fruit platter never changed in 7 days: papaya, melon and watermelon. You need to wait long queue to order fried eggs or omelette, sometimes it took us more than 10 minutes to get our order. Also, lighting of canteen was very weak and ventilation had some issues so after meal our clothes had smelled of burnt oil and spices:( Unfortunately our stay was during silent day and dinner which cost 35$ wasn’t good enough, WiFi turned off very frequently and mobile internet wasn’t working well.  Btw you cannot swim near the hotel because beach is always busy with water sports activities and boats, only place to swim is pool if it’s not so crowded. We needed to go to nusa dua beach to sunbathe and swim because beach is much cleaner than near tijili.  Overall, experience was good enough but not worthy, I will not come again.

Loved my stay at Tijili. My fav out of the ones I attended and I shall return. Rooftop views gave me luxury vibes and an own private beach always helps 🏝❤️ Ayin and Angela both gave me their time then efforts into making my stay welcomed. Both professional and curtious. I'd refer anyone to try this personalised style staffed hotel 🌸

So far i love my room sea view, but unfortunately the wifi is so baddd & menu breakfast just boring

We stayed for 1 night after arriving late at Bali airport. Cleanliness is ok, , room size is ok too, bed is comfy. Value for money to have beach front access around that area. However, There’s a lot of houseflies at the beach front restaurant

The hotel is very clean. We had an amazing stay there. Looking forward to coming back to this place. Thank you so much.
