We want to give a special thanks to Nelson at the front desk who made our stay very pleasant. He assisted us with changing our rooms after we requested for a larger room the night we checked in. He was also very helpful in notifying us on a lot of cool sights/perks to visit around the area, many of which we ended up going to, as well as organizing transport for us. Regarding the hotel, the staff is very friendly. The rooms are new and clean but the rooms upstairs are quite small and don't have a desk or table to sit at. If you require a bigger room, the rooms on the lower floors have daybeds and desks, which we upgraded to for an additional fee. The hotel is in a great location right next to the beach and Finn's beach club. Housekeeping was very responsive and quick to clean the rooms. However sometimes room amenities weren't restocked depending on the day and unavailable until the day after (i.e. floor towels, toiletries, etc.) The hotel restaurant is an Italian restaurant and the food and drinks are good. Negronis there are a must. However, for staying at the hotel for many nights, the lack of menu selection/variety at Milano may get repetitive. Having Finn's Beach club right there makes it very convenient as an alternative for food options. All in all, looking forward to staying there again when we're in Canggu and seeing the pet goose Lucy again!
