Beachwalk Residence

Perfect location right beside Beachwalk Shopping Center. Lots of eateries, affordable massage, and shopping within walking distance. The two-room apartment is very spacious. The kitchen is equipped with sufficient cooking utensils, including 2 cutting boards and a knife, which makes it easy for us to cut the enjoyed the welcome fruits. Kuta beach is a short walk across the street where we enjoyed the beautiful sunset every evening.

Loved this place. Accessible to the beach, shopping mall, city and everything. The location was very convenient. The room was exceptionally well maintained. We did not have time to unpack and arrange our items on arrival, the staff there had cleaned and folded all our items and arranged our room. We were really grateful for that. I’d definitely stay there again. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This was the view from my room!!!

Overall the experience is amazing. Location is so strategic, which is walking distance to Kuta Beach were good to catch for sunset and surfing. The residence is attached with the shopping mall, souvenir shop and neighbourhood with mostly 5 star hotel. When arriving, the staff (Titan) assist us smoothly and overall staff alsways with smile and helpful. I booked the biggest residence at the highest floor with 3 room and it very spacious, good view, clean, tidy, elegant, quiet and comfortable. Only use access card for the lift and to enter the residence they will provide you a door password and this is so convinent as we no need to bring they key with us. Facilities is fastatic were can watch neflix with projector and the sound bar for living room, and main 2 room also got netflix and own televison. There is washing machine and dryer, cooking stuff, water dispenser, coffee maker, iron and iron board, etc The wash room use bidet style and total is 3+1 with big rain shower all come with the good smell and organic range of Shampoo, body wash etc. The balcony also very spacious and can get view of Mount Agung. Also can play some uno card, lego, and chess aslo. Can see all the good and high quality brand been using for facilities from from furniture, electrical appliances, bedding stuff etc. We also tried their gym and swimming pool even the size is not that big but it just nice. Definately the summary of experience during my stay is just amazing. Thank you Beachwalk Residence for the great memories.

Everything's well and new in the room. Love the corner balcony that you can sit out and relax. Direct access to mall. Only gripe would be the location where traffic getting there is almost always jammed.

Amazing location and very clean rooms

Given the high ratings, was a little disappointed. Maybe we were just unlucky. Pros - apartment was nice and clean and very comfortable for our family of 5. Housekeeping was helpful and changed sheets when requested. Fridge, microwave and water dispenser useful with kids and infant. Cons - toilet bowl was dirty when we arrived. -Card/lift access was problematic throughout stay and had to call staff to get up each time.  - Air con in living room had a funny smell, air con in 2nd room was noisy and not cold.  - Only 2 pillows and they were too soft. But otherwise bed was comfortable. - Pool was nice but small. kids still had fun. No pool towels provided. - Gym was disappointing- air con and treadmill weren't working.
