Our stay at this villa was truly exceptional, with the standout feature being the incredibly warm and helpful attitude of every staff member we encountered. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. The front desk team greeted us with bright smiles, efficiently handling our check-in while providing a comprehensive overview of the villa's amenities. Housekeeping staff not only kept our accommodations impeccably clean but also went above and beyond, adding thoughtful touches to personalize our space. What really set this resort apart was the staff's proactive approach to service. The concierge team, in particular, was outstanding. When we inquired about local attractions, they didn't just hand us a map; they took the time to understand our interests and crafted a tailored itinerary for us. They even secured reservations at sought-after restaurants and arranged transportation, all with genuine enthusiasm. By the pool and in the restaurant, servers anticipated our needs, offering refreshments and local delicacies with a warmth that made us feel like honored guests. Their knowledge of Balinese culture and cuisine added depth to our dining experiences. While the villa's facilities were undoubtedly luxurious, it was the staff's sincere desire to ensure our comfort and enjoyment that truly made our stay memorable. Shower and bath tub are outdoor. It could be better if the bathtub is indoor so it won’t get dirty easily. Very limited breakfast choice. Otherwise, all are good. Friendly staff and good service. Feel welcomed!

Perfect service. Amazing swimming pool. But please lower the expectation on the beach.

選擇桂香有些機緣巧合，本來是定了nusa dua的別墅型酒店，但入住房天發現他們主泳池在大修太吵了，我就當機立斷退房另定。我們是三大一小的家庭出行，希望住有大泳池的別墅，就鎖定了kayumanis。在攜程上有一間last minute的兩卧別墅，價格還很便宜，我懷着試試看的心情定下兩晚，然後打車前往。到了酒店以後，工作人員已經知道我是誰了，然後安排我們去餐廳吃下午茶，入住事宜一應幫我們搞定。進了房間後也很驚喜，600平的大別墅，超大泳池，極盡巴釐風情。酒店工作人員非常熱情，下雨天開車送我們去超市採購，還等我們逛完送我們回去。我們住的第一天一整天都在下暴雨，還好有這麼個別墅讓我們悠閑地玩樂，長者小孩都很高興。早餐是套餐式的，一份的量非常大，也非常好吃，而且沒有時間時間限制，管家説睡到下午也可以叫。有任何事一個電話，他們都會幫你搞定。也許是因為這個酒店規模不大，所以工作人員對客人都很瞭解很上心。最後一天因為是凌晨的飛機，我就再定了一天單卧別墅住到晚上十點，酒店送我們去的機場。順便説一下沙灘很近，走過去五分鐘，真的推薦大家都來，不是雨季的話體驗肯定更好。

這個酒店絕對5星好評。服務一流。環境又好，完全可以足不出門，在酒店就很放鬆玩。還有上門送早餐，就在房間裏面吃。酒店餐廳也很好，東西好吃，評分也很高。

缺點：設施比較老舊，酒店內沒有什麼公區，飯菜很一般。優點：勝在房間大，泳池大，價格相對便宜，該有的服務都有。離金巴蘭海灘五分鐘步行，總體而言這個價格中規中矩，沒有特別驚艷的地方。

整體的環境很好。整個園區很漂亮。個人的環境跟感覺很好。有全天候8:00~17:00 金巴蘭區域的免費用車，機場免費接送，每日的迷你吧冰箱補足跟下午茶。下次還會再來。可以考慮在行程的後面整體峇里島的假期結束的尾聲，放鬆耍廢兩天再回去的酒店。

最後一程是夜航，特意預訂了一個離機場近有送機服務且又方便打發時間的地方。酒店的員工熱情有禮貌,且有求必應樂於助人。房間設施老舊，打掃的非常乾淨。面積很大，相對其他家來説泳池是真正可以遊的不是泡的。沒有私屬沙灘，步行至公共沙灘約三分鐘。體驗了spa感覺很正規。早餐較一般，果汁很濃郁很贊👍🏻 酒店的Bug就是蚊子多，reception在户外沒有沙發休息區。退房寄存行李之後沒有合適呆的地方。我們去sidewalk（商區）吃飯逛街買手信，又兩小時spa後趕回來沙灘看日落度過了峇裏島最後的時光。完美ending～

優點：酒店地理位置很好，距離金巴蘭海灘50米的巷子裏，很安靜，院子很漂亮！服務人員也很熱情。 缺點：衞生間，洗浴全都是露天的，蚊子很多，傢俱電器十分老舊，牀頭櫃都起皮了，房間黴味很重，攜程給的金鑽非常不符，拖鞋還是破的！

500平米！！太棒了！！無限推薦，泡酒店哪裡都不去都可以。個人很喜歡人與自然結合的這種風格和理念，很本地化風情的villa。下次有機會來一定還住這家。沒有蚊子。然後吃飯也可以送到房間。一家五口人住都很ok，或者兩家人來住都ok 服務：棒 環境：棒棒棒 衞生：棒 設施：棒 免費來回機場接送:我們有包車，所以不太清楚，不過離機場不遠15分鐘

哥們兒要為它正名一下，全程微笑式服務。幫忙點好蚊香，放好泳池水，並諮詢我們早餐吃什麼。由於我並沒有考慮到新的行程去哪裡，臨時決定2.30出發去看海豚。酒店工作人員竟然尊嘟給我們2.00叫醒服務+送早餐進房間！！大凌晨的，還有早餐吃，這真的是愛了。
