our 3rd hotel in Bali at different points of the island if you want to visit a hotel for once with a view of rice terraces, stop wishing for a view rainforest from panoramic windows - welcome to Ubud. you can choose any hotel in the Sebatu area and close the gestalt "to live in the tropics" . I didn't like the area, it was too crowded and unsettling. my husband loved it, but the bike ride to the hotel, especially in the dark is a special occasion to tickle your nerves))) The pool is not very clean, didn't like it. A small breakfast option. As an allergic person, I could hardly choose anything from the menu at all

My stay at Bali Suarapura Resort and Spa was absolutely dreadful. This hotel does not deserve an 8.7 rating; it should be closer to a 3.0. Here’s why: **Hygiene and Rooms:** Upon arrival, we were immediately faced with a shocking discovery: the towels were stained and smelled terrible. I have never seen such dirty towels in any hotel. Every day, we had to remove at least 30 insects from our bed, without exaggeration. These bed bugs or whatever they were, were everywhere. The bathroom was also full of insects. **Sleep Comfort:** The bed was so bad that after four nights, I almost ended up with a herniated disc. The mattress was of such poor quality that I woke up with back pain every morning. After the first night, I already wanted to leave, especially after seeing all those creatures throughout the room. **Facilities:** The hotel has a very limited supply of hot water; after four minutes, it turns ice-cold. Two people cannot shower one after the other. The hotel is also incredibly noisy; I could literally hear everything the neighbors were saying. The breakfast was laughable: two boiled eggs with a slice of bread. After the first day, I didn’t bother getting up for breakfast anymore because it was just too pathetic. **Swimming Pool:** The pool was also unusable. There were dozens of insects swimming in it, so I didn’t get to swim a single day. All in all, I absolutely do not understand how this hotel has an 8.7 rating. My stay was a complete nightmare, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It deserves a realistic rating of 3.0, and even that is generous.

Hidden gem. Came here first time when they opened and everytime I'm in Bali I come and visit. The atmosphere and peacefulness of the place is a rarity nowadays in Bali. No traffic, no loud music. The food is great, the view is amazing and the owner Sebastiano it's such a great personality. Best place in Bali for me!

Jungle view rooms do not have a jungle view like pictures the property provided. I complained to the manager and he answered "different position, different view" which means you are very unlikely to get the room on the pictures. The property offered me to upgrade(?) to a CHEAPER room with a rice field view without an extra charge. The problem was that the rice was just harvested and there was nothing but muds. This property should not post wrong pictures to allure people. They are lying with pictures. When I pointed out that the actual room is different from the pictures, they rather insulted me and refused to do anything. Once they collected my money, no service and no refund were provided. After all, I was robbed by a bandit, which is called Suarapura Resort and Spa, in a jungle. I would not come back to Indonesia again.

Nous avions réservé une seule nuit dans ce très bel établissement. Nous nous y sommes tellement bien senti que nous avons prolongé le séjour. Le personnel est agréable, les lieux splendides et les chambres propres et spacieuses. En bref, un séjour idyllique.

Hotel molto bello in stile. Location molto suggestiva con affaccio diretto sulle risaie, immerso nella vegetazione Camere grandi e spaziose . Buona pulizia . Molto distante dal centro di Ubud e perciò non raggiungibile a piedi. Sconsigliato come base d’appoggio per i tour perché lontano dai luoghi di interesse. Ideale per un giorno di solo relax Servizio ristorante lentissimo sia a colazione che a cena. Una sea, uno di noi ha aspettato 1,45 minuti senza avere il cibo, mette Sebastiano il proprietario cenava tranquillamente con i suoi amici. Comportamento inaccettabile e decisamente poco professionale. A nulla valgono le scuse !
