Villa Zanissa

We keep coming back to Villa Zanissa. The service from Mira and the team is just fantastic. Nothing is a problem. We hired both Villas for a 60th birthday family celebration and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, both villas have a big pool. Nice grassed areas around the pool so it has a nice feel. Outdoor shower and good kitchen /living area. Can’t wait to come back again.

Villa Zanissa is one of my family's favorite places to stay in Seminyak. It is modern with a touch of balinese style. The location is perfect, walking distance too shops and resturants and a short drive to the beach. The Villa is extremely clean and comfortable. We love the layout of the villa with the pavilions surrounding the pool. My family personally book villas with pavilions as traveling with our adult kids and their partners means they still have a space for them to enjoy and relax privately. The pool is surrounded by beautiful greenery, which we spend lots of time cooling down after shopping and exploring. I also love the open living spaces allowing my family to socialise and connect no matter where they were, the pool, kitchen, living area, dining are, or even sunbathing. This was our second time booking at Villa Zanissa. We just love it so much and will 100 percent be booking again on our next visit to bali. Mira is such a kind and caring host who goes above and beyond to make your stay memorable. All the staff are really lovely and we can't wait to come back. We came on a family trip and a couple of days past about 2000 euro were stolen we called the manager and police we wrote a report but still noting has happened i don’t recommend this villa it could happen to everybody even if you come be carefull.

I am disappointed by my stay because money was stolen from me and it wasn’t a small amount and i didn’t expect that because the review looked good about the villa.This didn’t happen to me as well and to the people that i was with had missing money too. My missing money was around 500 euro.

On arrival , our family was met by Mira and her team. They spoiled us with fresh cold cloths, welcome drinks, delicious! To my biggest surprise, walking into the massive main bedroom, awaiting me, was a special flower arrangement and birthday wishes for my 50th birthday. Mira then told me that they would also be treating me with a birthday gift, being a Balinese massage , when I was ready, fitting into our schedule. I arranged for this on our last morning, including my husband . Wow, that is the only word! Very relaxing and excellent, done by two therapists who know what they are doing 👍. Every morning, we were met with a great breakfast, but my birthday morning was also made special by a super delicious cake, also a treat from Mira and her team. This villa is standing out from the rest in Seminyak because of the awesome, lovely team, including the gardener that is keeping everything so beautiful. The villa itself is perfect for a family or friends, four stunning bedrooms, great air-conditioning, awesome swimming pool. Lovely communal area. But the staff made every moment memorable at Villa Zanissa. They are the true spirit of the villa. Thank you, thank you, is all we can say, we are fortunate to be their first South African guests. Anyone visiting them is making the right choice. You will enjoy it ! We loved every moment. PS its walking distance from Seminyak beach, Bintang supermarket, stunning shopping aear and many restaurants. You cannot go wrong choosing Villa Zanissa ❤️

We absolutely loved our family Xmas stay at villa Zanissa in the 4 bedroom villa. Massive pool and big garden and lawn space for everyone to spread out across the property. The rooms are comfortable with large beds and quality bedding. Great aircon in rooms. Great location in a gang behind Bintang supermarket. Gojeks still able to find us for food deliveries. Quiet location. Staff here are fabulous! Mira and her team are always just outside the villa gate in their office if you need anything - or always very responsive on WA. We felt very well looked after and secure here. During our family split arrivals on flights during the big wind storm just before Xmas day, Mira and her team kept us well informed even at 1am when branches were down in the gang and where to direct our driver for arrival. Nothing was too much trouble! Can’t wait to come back!
