We had a great stay here, the location is convenient to visit uluwatu, nusa dua and kuta. And we joined their cooking class as well, a very fruitful session. We enjoyed it very much.

We had check in issue and decided not to stay at this property, left the lobby after sweating for 30 mins under the humid and hot air. I only read the good reviews when made the booking. Only after we left the lobby, we read the reviews again and this time checking the bad reviews. Only then noticed that check in & housekeeping were the issues with this property. Couldn’t agree more. The housekeeping manager named Mr.Jaya was so rude and arrogant, not suitable to be in hospitality business.

The perfect getaway if you’re tired of crowded places in Bali. Definitely will come back!

The resort is beautiful and very well-kept. The food is great. However, breakfast could be better. We got breakfast in our room and the eggs and Mie Goreng was cold. We stayed at the resort for just one night which was the last leg of our journey in Bali. We wrote to the hotel two days in advance if we could check-in early as we were checking out early the next day. They said it will depend on the day and they can only confirm the same only on the same day. I was hoping they will write to me in the morning with the status of the room. However, we did not receive any email. When we reached the resort at 10.45 am they said that the room is not ready and it will take a while for the room to be ready. He did not say when it will be ready and he just walked away. As we were waiting and the place was so hot, they did not offer any drinks or water, whatsoever. I believe, these minute details make a huge difference in your experience. He said we can use the facilities in the resort in the meanwhile and just walked away. He could have shown us around as its a fairly good size resort. That experience would have been different, We had to walk around and explore the places ourselves . The resort, pool, restaurant, and villas are excellent. Very beautiful! However, there were just too many mosquitoes everywhere. It was very difficult to sit anywhere during sunset and sunrise.

The location is a bit out of the way. The property is big. We booked Terra cotta suit but was upgraded to a one bedroom wooden house. The room is big but a big set back is no mosquito net. The room is full of mosquitoes. Plus the neighbors have dogs that will bark in the middle of the night. Early morning around 6 plus can hear the chicken call and vehicles horn or motorcycle loud exhaust go past the property. Had difficulty sleeping during the night. Breakfast was ok.

Nice villa. Clean. In the night many noise from the dog of the neighbour.

服務不錯，在一個別墅區裏面，應該都是從別墅改建的，服務人員熱情，環境優美安靜，值得回購。不過印尼的晚上有點嚇人，大家還是少出門。

Удобное расположение, до моря мин 7 пешком, есть кухня с посудой, кофемашина, кулер . Хороший длинный бассейн, приветливый персонал, жили там перед отъездом 4 ночи в отдельном 2-х этажном домике, на первом этаже- душ, туалет, гостиная с диванчиком холод ником, на втором этаже спальня, письменный стол, телевизор, балкон, единство на второй этаж очень крутая лестница, с маленькими детьми будет не удобно, а так все понравилось

這次入住的是pool villa 比普通的房間小但有獨立泳池🏊🏻♂️和沙灘椅，私隱度較高，有室外開放式廚房可煮食，浴室和房間的面積差不多一樣. 早餐每天可送達房間。

整體環境我超愛的，就是度假村的感覺，服務也不錯

酒店位置挺好，去機場20分鐘，去努沙杜瓦10分鐘，附近有幾家中餐廳及超市，出行方便，環境不錯，房間寬敞，乾淨整潔，服務熱情周到，酒店有Spa
