Lovina Oasis Hotel

Pool is nice, room is large too. However unfortunately our room had lots of lizards in the kitchen and lounge area most the time. It also had a very strong smell of Durian from the second day which resulted in us not sleeping much as the smell was really strong.

C’était bien, la chambre est bien équipé pour cuisiner, il y’a du café et du thé, de l’eau à volonté, propre.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!! Unless you want to risk of sleeping on the street in the middle of the night, or verbally harassed and yelled by the staff to tears, which both happened to me last night. Door seal closed with no one outside or inside at the reception when I arrive at 7pm when fully dark. Called the number on the entrance board 3 times without any replies. Finally a staff happens to arrive at 7:20pm and when I voiced out my frustration he yelled back at me REPEATEDLY asking me to complain to management and it’s none of his business. After checking me in and show me the room, he wants to apologize but I was already in tears and don’t want to listen, and he yelled again ask me to shut up and listen to him. It was a single most traumatizing experiences I have ever had in my life traveling 30+ countries and been to Bali 8 times. I don’t feel safe at all and it’s mind blowing how a hotel would choose someone who is emotionally unstable, physchotic bully as hotel staff. Not to mention bathroom is just dirty to an extend I’ve never seen with photos here.
