A very nice hotel to stay in Ubud, near the Main Street, next to Supermarket. Friendly staff and good room facilities.

Great location. In the middle of Ubud. Room is clean. Pool is a great place to rest and relax. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.

Alaya resort staff truly went above and beyond to make my wife’s birthday celebration special. They helped arrange a lovely surprise with flower petal decorations, a delicious birthday cake, and a beautiful rose bouquet (available at an extra cost). The resort's location is also excellent, situated right beside fantastic cafes like Pison, where we enjoyed a discount of 10%! Our room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and it comes with impeccable housekeeping service twice a day. Every detail was taken care of, making our two nights stay truly relaxing and enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend Alaya Resort for its exceptional service and fantastic location.

Every thing was excellent

Very convenient location, spacious and clean room. since we have an early activity next day, the hotel even prepare us a takeaway breakfast.

Definitely one of my preferred hotel in Ubud. Super clean and comfortable. The food and the massage is a super +++. Will go back again if I visit Bali again. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Amazing service. Was served drinks upon arrival and given complementary tea break. Beautiful room and hotel, and given free upgrade. I really enjoyed my stay. Would 100% go back!

There were many places to take pictures and have meals. All staff are very kind.

This resort is a very beautiful resort, well kept, very clean, beautiful surroundings, perfect location, fantastic services, friendly and wonderful staffs, very considerate with our requests, kids friendly, lovely spa, gorgeous pool, sumptuous breakfast.. Will definitely come back..!

Stayed here as part of our visit to Ubud. This was by far the best hotel we had experienced. The location is top notch, the customer service is amazing and the rooms are superb. 10/10 will visit again

This place is stunning and the staff are amazing. A free afternoon tea doesn't go amiss. Some rooms have baths which is a nice addition. Location is good near to Monkey forest and Coco.
