The staff is helpful location is near by bali zoo all over we had a good time we stay there for two days

Everything is really good just that forget about anything complementary for any occasion without paying for it. Staff is amazing, location too but they will not drop you even 500 meters from outside your hotel for anything when they can by their shuttle. But they will call you a paid taxi:-)

Great for family staycation.. nearby the beach.. plus frndly and attentive staff. Good location if you want to unwind away from the busy city.

Прекрасный отель среди невероятной природы. Территория отеля довольно огромная, все вокруг очень чисто, ухожено и красиво. Номера в балийском стиле, семейный номер огромный, просторный и удобный. Завтраки бесподобные: очень вкусно и сытно. Хочется вернуться в этот отель снова.

環境：整體環境非常的詭異，沒有人氣，整個VILLA沒有燈光，晚上根本不敢出去；圖片和實物不符，房間陰暗潮濕，我選的園景別墅，根本不像店家的照片四面玻璃窗，我們住到的只有一個推拉門是透光的。感覺被騙了。 設施：設施老舊，沒有電視；床單被罩很臟，看起來是灰色的，還有各種液體的印記。 衞生：除了被子臟其他也就一般。 服務：服務態度還好，但是早餐不好吃，麪條很硬，又很鹹。 不知道是説VILLA風格是禪宗還是怎麼樣，整個佔地面積很大，導致從酒店到接待台都要走很久，台階過多，走的很累。不推薦小情侶去住。

I had the most awesome stay at Santi Mandala Villa & Spa. Feeling extra special on my birthday when Ayu and her Colleagues walked our way, singing "Happy Birthday". So attentive, so helpful, so happy, so grateful and truly such beautiful souls. I truly cherish my most awesome Bali Memories. Thank you Santi Mandala and Thank you Ayu! Aishah

We had a lovely time. We stayed here for 4 nights and could have done more! The area is super peaceful, the pool is nice. Breakfast and dinner was wonderful and lots of different options. The staff were so so friendly from the meals to the reception! The area is very safe and they remember you when you come in and out. About 20 mins to ubud centre however with traffic can take around 45 minutes. Easy to get a grab into the centre. We was scared of the geckos at first but got used to this quickly. Clean room and staff were honestly so respectful and accommodating. Definitely would recommend and come back!

We were on our honeymoon and this was our second resort. What a beautiful start to our trip. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everyone is there for you. The stay was incredibly beautiful, the room with terrace breathtakingly beautiful. The resort is a large botanical garden with temples. You have a lot memorable places to make beuatiful pictures. You can eat deliciously. The choice at breakfast made your day start well. The swimmingpool is nice. The atmosphere was so good that we enjoyed it for a long time afterwards.

We had a wonderful stay at Santi Mandala Villas and Spa. The staff are exceptional and go out of their way to make your stay a pleasant one. The villas are generously sized and we loved the outdoor shower and the view of the tropical gardens. The grounds are peaceful and extensive and we enjoyed walking into the rice fields at the back of the hotel. The food in the restaurant is delicious. It was easy to get into Ubud as the staff at reception would organise a driver for us. The hotel is also very central for touring around the island. Overall, a welcoming and peaceful experience. Would highly recommend!

Quiet and peaceful location well away from centre of Ubud. A collection of individual villas. We stayed in a pool villa. Fabulous! Room was enormous with semi open bathroom. Very private. Food in restaurant was excellent, though the breakfast had room for improvement. Juices were watery, minimal buffet though good selection of things cooked to order. Staff were always friendly. Had the most relaxing massage. Hotel will find a driver to take you into Ubud, with the traffic does take at least 45 mins. Is very easy to find a car back, though necessary to be firmin the price you want to pay. Good place to unwind.

Me and my boyfriend had the best experience here. The staff are so friendly and make you feel like royalty! They give really good recommendations of what to do and visit during your stay. They also have a driver that stays with you throughout the whole day and takes you to all kinds of activities around the area for only €50. I really recommend Gustu, he was our driver and honestly the most genuine and amazing guy ever! You won’t regret it!
