The pictures shown on their website and here is a false depiction from the actual condition of the property. This property is poorly maintained and the cleanliness is completely trash. After I had checked in, I immediately noticed the difference between what was advertised and what was in front of me. For starters, there is a used water bottle left behind from the last guest in the fridge. The floor towel which was supposed to be white is grey. Stains and water spots all over mirrors. Moreover, the amenities provided in the bathroom was used. Paint chips all over the property. When I raised these complaint to the front desk, they offered another room which was the same condition after I toured it. Then they offered me to stay at their sisters property 10 minutes away. I asked them if the condition is the same as this one since I obviously can’t trust anything I see online from them. The lady said “I cannot guarantee condition of the property”. Then I told them I’d like cancel my reservation, they told me I’ll need to pay for my full stay. Still to this day, they refused to refund me my money. Absolutely horrible business practice. It is also important to note that this place is tucked away in one of the streets down an alley. Not a short walk to the main road either. The grab driver that dropped us off from the airport had a hard time finding this place. When we waited for a grab to pick us up, we also had issues with people finding us and end up waiting a long time. Overall a bad property to stay at.

Definitely I will come back to Jas Villa Seminyak again next year. I like evry single thing about this place. The room are clean the staff in Jas Villas are amazing. The restaurant is so good. Evry morning I get breakfast in the room. Unbelievable.

Paid and spent 2 nights hear after originally booking another hotel which didnt meet my expectations. We originally booked a one bed villa, but decided to upgrade to a two bed as we wanted some space after travelling bali together for s month. The. Villa was spacious with an outside kitchen. Good wifi and lovely plunge pool which was in direct sunlight all day Fantastic breakfast with great choice. My only criticism is that the breakfast should include fresh juice and unlimited tea and coffee. Myself being a travel agent I highly recommend this fabulous resort of beautiful one and 2 bed villas

We booked a 2 bedroom villa and were very happy that we chose The Jas Villas. The hotel is in a quiet location close to great restaurants and approximately a 10 minute walk to the beach. The villas was comfortable and clean. There were minor cosmetic issues (as with most hotels located in tropical locations) but nothing that impacted our stay. The bathrooms were very beautifully designed and included an outside bath & shower which is a great addition. Pool was small, but perfect for a dip at the end of a hot day. All the staff were very attentive, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. All in all we has a great stay at The Jas Villas and will definitely consider staying on our next Bali holiday.

Stayed at this Villa back in 2017 and loved it. When I returned, I was so shocked at the 360 degree turn because it's so run down. So many mosquitos, flies (other villas I stayed in don't have much flies!), lizards are literally like everywhere and worst, cockroaches! WiFi is so lousy. TV has limited channel. We're just lucky we're there for 2 nights and couldn't even wait to check out. Super mental torture. The only thing that we love is the aircon so this deserves 1 star only. Will never return. Since they're so many villas now, can use that money for other villas that's renovated or new or near to main road.

Great location & lovely staff but, cannot lock doors to rooms from outside and the safe in the wardrobe is not fixed and could be removed. Air con so loud couldn't sleep. Kitchen very run down and very little utensils, would not cook anything here. Bathrooms very dated and uninviting, would not get in the filthy bath. Missing light bulbs. Would not stay here again, we almost moved out when mouse was spotted in bedroom rafters on 2nd last night. Missing step on pool ladder

Great room, clean and exactly as advertised. Nice to have a separate lounge room, bathroom was large and clean. Private pool was great. And staff were amazing. Everything was clean and well maintained

Requested the tv in both rooms to be fixed as not working ( I know, but we were on holidays with the kids) fixed one straight away and had to get them back several times for the other, and still didn’t work! Rooms were a bit run down, and a bit pricey for the state of it TBH. Would avoid!

Great location near to many restaurants, bar and beach and yet peaceful place away from the traffic noise. Breakfast deliver to our villa, we even had floating breakfast. Breakfast menu need improvement but overall great expereience

We stayed for six days and got an impressive services started from arrival, everything was excellent! Walking distance to many cafe and restaurants. Breakfast was ok, but my kids get free breakfast, they offer free breakfast for children. They also had tour, my family and I really had fun time together, special thank to Kadek, who patienty bring and shows us the beautiful of Bali.

Our second time here and we love it ! Villa location is wonderful. Staff are friendly and always smile. Breakfast need improvement, could do better. But overall, still a great time in Jas Villas. Thank you

The location is amazing, near to bar restaurants, beach and shops. We had amazing time in Jas Villas, staff are great just need a little upgrade for their room conditions. Overall great experience. Will definitely coming back again.

Great Spot Yes it could do with a cosmetic update but that’s all it is Cosmetic The Jas Villas is clean, Pool is fantastic, waterfall by the pool adds a nice ambiance although we did get them to turn it off as it was a little the water falling was a little noisy for us. Wonderful staff that will go the extra mile nothing is too much trouble. We spent 10 days at the Jas Villas would definitely go back.
