My first time here.. strategic location, Room is clean and cozy, great scenery of the beach from the hotel, staff are friendly.. just we came during rainy season so won’t enjoy much.. overall, everything about this hotel is just great..

We booked the deluxe suite in Pelangi as we wanted to explore Seminyak and nearby beaches. Its location is perfect as the rear end of the hotel opens into the beach. The staff here is humble, friendly and always ready to help. Food was really good and above our expectations. The room was clean, organized and with amenities. Overall it was a wonderful stay and would definitely stay with them when we are back

The staff are all very helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet was great. Our deluxe room was fairly large. Perfect for couple and short stay. The only downside for us was the water pressure in our bathroom. It was low. The excellent services made up for it..there’s no need for us to complain.

Good central location, direct access to the beach from the pool area. The breakfast buffet has a good spread. And the customer service is amazing. Overall good value for money.

for the money we paid, could not fault this place. rooms were very clean, larger then the pics. showers were hot and strong. the buffet breakfast was amazing and the staff are very friendly, will stay here again

I have stayed there a few times and always impressed with their service and amenities. Abdomen location for beach getaway

I enjoyed that it was a 5 minute walk from our room to the beach as well as the pool and restaurant. I was amazed there were fireworks on the beach at night and had a good night's sleep as there were mainly retired and adults as visitors that were quiet at night time. I wish I had more time to had a massage and try the floating breakfast. The room was spacious and clean and we were welcomed with a welcome drink. The reception staff were exceptional and friendly, I would say their customer service is better than the restaurant service. My feedback would be that the restaurant staff should be trained to understand what is vegan when a customer is ordering or wanting to place a custom order certain dishes to be vegan so we receive a vegan dish and provide the right cutlery as have a more friendlier vibe like reception. The pool staff were always smiling and super friendly.

Friendly staff, clean and spacious (superior) room with garden view, big swimming pool and good options on the buffet breakfast! Make sure you take a massage and their SPA, it’s amazing and the masseurs are professional.

Great hotel and great location! I would definitely recommend it!

On the PRO side: It's a very beautiful designed hotel, with a great view of the jungle and rice terrace. The staff was very friendly and always smiling, made our staying there very pleasant. The restaurant food is very good with a good menu selection and the rooms very well equipped. On the DOWN side: quite far from UBUD city centre and is no shuttle provided. At the beginning, the sound of the jungle is great, but it is hard to sleep on it, therefore recomand earplugs. Also, if you stay at the Roayl Suite, my advice, don't leave the door open at any point. You might have an unwanted friend in the room overnight. By far, one of the most beautiful hotels that we've stayed at totally recommended, and we will definitely be back.
