We booked the room with garden view turns out its neighbours roof view. They just sent me to the room without saying anything and we have to figure out everything by ourselves. The room pretty damp and old, it smells bcs of moist, i dont think this hotel is 5stars hotel. We didn’t get welcome drinks as well when they gave everyone, lol. Except the location and the beach, you can stay in cheaper hotels with better service and staffs also cleaner room. We stayed in 3stars hotel beforehand and that was amazing, idk we just really disappointed this time.

Stayed here for one night as a Pitstop after flight on way the ubud. Close to airport , nice pool area and large interconnecting rooms perfect for family

This location is good, near the airport and linked to the beach. Amenities like swimming pool, massage spa and breakfast are good. The room is spacious, but has a little stench and is a little old.

It has the best daily room service and also the food are nice

We just stayed here 1 night after arrival from airport. We walked to the hotel, to get some fresh air after the endless (2hours) waiting lines at the boarder passport check. Ok for distance, but recommend just using the Grab app on Bali for transportation (best prices, good prices). We could check out a bit later which was nice. The inner garden was beautiful and green. The pool so-so. Don’t buy water in this hotel, ridiculous expensive. There are shops around (north side). There are better beaches in Bali, but this one was ok for cooldown. Breakfast was nice had some different choices. Overall for 1 night good.

Really fantastic! Affordable priced with good Location near to airport in all the amenities! Will come back again to this hotel! Staff are all friendly!

Old hotel but they maintained it pretty well. Itvhas big compound and the swimming pool is huge. Good for the families. Breakfast is ok. Just one thing to watch out is from the mosquitoes. They are very aggressive even in the bright day time.

Hotel staff were very accommodating and friendly. Foods are good. Hotel also is near the airport. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Bintang Bali Resort and will definitely recommend this hotel.

It was a very pleasant experience and stay at this resort. The service was great. My family enjoyed ourselves. Only set back is the beach was not as clean as we wished it would be.
