This is a great Bali classic hotel, very Bali style. Just located on the beach, very big pool. And fantastic lobby

Second time at the resort really close to the airport, good in general, the room is a little bit damp and tower not very soft.

Close to airport and very convenient when you have a layover

This is a truly nice four stars big resort. Everything is there everything is fantastic.

Lovely hotel just on the Beach, although it’s big it doesn’t feel crowded, with beautiful tropical gardens and ponds. Staff was helpful and the pool area was great, lots of sun loungers so no fighting over space. Good breakfast, lots of choice. Our family room was spacious and the beds very comfortable. The only negative is the hotel restaurant on the beach; expensive for the quality of the food that was really poor, which is a shame given its great location, it has a lot of potential. Overall great stay and would come back as I thought it was good value for money.

The hotel is located in walking distance to the Kuta beach and a quick drive to the airport. The staff are excellent and the swimming pool is great. The breakfast buffet is the best we had in Bali.

I booked a room for my husband and me. We arrived at the hotel late after midnight and had an early morning flight to catch. We were given a twin-bed room and had to move after a very long day. This is not my first stay at this hotel. I called reservations before flying to Bali and included both my name and my husband's in the reservation. I don't know why we were given a twin room as a married couple. Even after moving to a new room, we received twin beds pushed together, which was annoying because the seam was noticeable. The only thing that made us feel better was the restaurant staff at breakfast and Deno, who helped us so much by pushing that trolley far away.

Great resort close to airport. Staff are all fantastic , service was 5 star. Price is great also.

We booked the room with garden view turns out its neighbours roof view. They just sent me to the room without saying anything and we have to figure out everything by ourselves. The room pretty damp and old, it smells bcs of moist, i dont think this hotel is 5stars hotel. We didn’t get welcome drinks as well when they gave everyone, lol. Except the location and the beach, you can stay in cheaper hotels with better service and staffs also cleaner room. We stayed in 3stars hotel beforehand and that was amazing, idk we just really disappointed this time.

The pool bar is the highlight, and the staff makes you feel extremely welcomed.

Good hotel and some towels etc quite old. Staffs are hospitality.

Bintang Bali workaers Unprofessional service, they put me disability room, making me feel I'm really disability really disability man. 😒 supposed to check out before 12 pm ,the service they call me at 9:30 AM to check out unprofessional, service, sorry to say very bad workers and service, unrespectable I am not recommended to go this Bintang Bali resort Bad

Stayed here for one night as a Pitstop after flight on way the ubud. Close to airport , nice pool area and large interconnecting rooms perfect for family
