Thank you very much for our memorable stay in “Origin Ubud”. We bookies 2bedm. villa, but cause of the overbooked the hotel couldn’t provide it, they kindly gave us 2 villas. All the staff were kind and helpful, villas were clean and nice. It’s not so fare away from the Ubud centre, and we with two kids can reach it easily. The variety of breakfast it good, western style as well as local. You can contact with the reception by WhatsApp which is very convenient. Whatever you wants just text. If we will come back Ubud for sure will stay again here. Thank you🫶🏻

Villa looks luxurious. My most favourite stay in Bali!

The services by the staff are excellent. The location of the hotel is about 10 mins walk to the Main Street and yet quiet enough. Highly recommend hotel!

Dari awal datang tdk ada resepsionis, terus masuk ke kamar,, kamar terasa panas dan AC tidak dingin.. walaupun staff cukup responsif dan memberikan fan, tetapi pada akhirnya AC ttap tidak dingin, kalau tidak ada fan kamar akan terasa sangat panas.. karna AC tidak dingin jadi membuat sulit tidur.. untuk kebersihan juga agak kurang bersih terutama WC.. WC pun bau.. lalu yang aneh, di bagian taman ada kotoran anjing,, entah bisa ada kotoran anjing dari mana tapi itu sangat menjijikan.. lanjut lagi ke breakfast,, tidak higienis karna tdk d tutupin oleh plastic wrap atau sejenisnya.. jadi makannanya langsung terpapar udara.. overall bad experience dengan harga yg cukup mahal.. not worth it..

위치도 Ubud Palace 와 가깝고 서비스도 좋았습니다. 화요일 일요일 저녁 호텔 앞에서 이루어지는 Kecak Fire Show 너무 좋네요.

Вилла симпатичная, точно как на фото. Бассейн холодный, купались 1 раз из 3 дней. Сам стиль нам понравился. ОЧЕНЬ удобная кровать. Прекрасный вид. Ванная комната очень большая и удобная, но запах неприятеый действительно был, особенно первое время. Чистота очень средняя если присмотреться. Белые полотенца как будто ими мыли полы. Бутылки с шампунем и гелем для душа заляпаны. В срелнем нормальный отель. Самое слабое место-завтраки. Удивительно не вкусные, ребенок не ел вообще, я с трудом. Даже фрукты не вкусные. Персонал доброжелательный, но мы их помощью не воспользовались.

호텔 깔끔하고 좋아요 특히 조식이 맛있네용 ㅎㅎ 직원들은 역시나 엄청 친절하고 모기향도 잘 피워줘서 잘 잤습니다 ㅎㅎㅎ

조식은 정말 최고에요. 사진보다는 조금 다른 느낌이었어요. 작은방과 욕실은 해가 안들어서 다소 냄새가 나요. 위치는 좋아요.

아이가 있어서 유모차를 가지고 가실거라면 조금 더 중심지와 가까운 곳을 추천합니다 아이가 없다면 오토바이를 불러서 이용하면 부담스럽지 않은 가격으로 움직일 수 있습니다 수영장이 있고 아이가 놀 수 있게 작은 텐트와 장난감을 제공해 줍니다 조식도 맛이 좋은 편입니다 다만 특정한 곳에 개미가 조금 있는 편이고 화장실 천장이 약간 뚫려있어서 인지 아니면 그냥 화장실 자체에서 나오는 것인지 모를 조그만한 벌레가 있지만 모기가 있진 않습니다 모기향도 저녁마다 피워 주시고 직원들은 친절 합니다 결론 : 개인수영장을 원하신다면 추천합니다 관광을 목적으로 외출 일정이 많다면 합리적인 호텔가격은 아닙니다 모든 직원들이 친절 합니다~😊

酒店大堂很小，臨街，房間較大，裝飾極簡，衞生間寬敞，泡澡，淋浴熱水不足涼很不好。房間泳池水也涼不太乾淨，邊上的躺床躺着舒服，但靠枕不太乾淨，最好鋪一下衞生間提供的鋪毨什麼的。房間內提供的袋裝小食建議別吃，沒有標明收費，服務員説免費是假，第二天退房收了這個小食費用138元人民幣的印尼盾，（根本不值這個價錢）也沒開票或給收據。更讓人感受不好是，我們有人特殊原因不小心污染了一點床單，説洗不掉，讓我們付了床單費用242元人民幣的印尼盾，也沒開收據或發票，我們着急出發，衹好要了床單走了，（床單拿走時是乾的，他們根本沒試着清冼，就想着要錢）。之後我們自己簡單水洗了污漬，乾淨如初。那個收我們錢的服務經理這樣做就是想辦法收錢估計入了自己口袋，對這家酒店管理和服務差評！我們訂了兩間價格不菲，一間近兩千人民幣，服務和設施都配不上這個價錢，同價的在當地好的選擇不少，不推薦，希望大家出門在外不好的酒店體驗不要踩雷。

Loved Origin. The private pool, air conditioning, friendly staff, delicious daily breakfast menu to choose from, and just outside the busy town of Ubud. Walking distance to Radiantly Alive yoga studio and a cute rice field adjacent cafe Reina Jungla. Highly recommend.

The cabana villa was amazing! The view is beautiful, the food was amazing. Aditya was wonderful, he was very thorough in the initial tour and explained all the details perfectly. He brought breakfast every morning and warm greeting, along with a latte or cappuccino upon request. Also the in-cabana massage was a must!

We loved our stay at Origin Ubud. The villa is modern and spacious. We stayed in one of the Valley Pool Villas, which are on the lowest level and provide a nice view of the nature in front. The bed is big and comfortable. What we loved the most is the service of the staff. They helped out with all kinds of questions and requests throughout and even before our stay. We mostly communicated through WhatsApp chats, to which the team always replied quickly and friendly. The staff provided many tips for Ubud and thought along for any practical questions. Every day we could choose the next day’s breakfast from the menu, which has both western and Indonesian options. While many other places here have limited options (only banana pancakes or nasi goreng), Origin Ubud offers a wide range of choices. The portions were large and tasty. The breakfast is served exactly at the time we requested each morning. Thanks Supini, Aditya, Putri, Bagus and all the other staff!
