What a fantastic place this is. Will certainly stay here again and the staff are just fantastic 😃😃

It’s girls trip to Bali, there’s not many Asia people in this hotel, the service and staff is awesome, massage in Bandhagen hotel is amazing as well and the price is reasonable! The place near to the beach, just cross the street can arrived ! The breakfast in hotel is not bad too ! Can wait for next time to come !

Spacious, clean & comfortable room + well maintained amenities Excellent location - front of hotel is Legian Beach. Back of hotel is lined with shops, cafes, eateries, pubs, bars, convenient stores, chemists, laundry+ massages Good breakfast buffet in the restaurant but no aircon... Easy to get Grab rides. Gym is next to the the front pool. Spacious but basic free weights & equipment - lat pull down, bench/shoulder press, + legs extension/curl. 1.8 km walking distance to Beach Walk mall. Good customer service, always smiling and friendly, prompt& accommodating requests such as extra bottled water. Will come back to stay in the future visit to Bali.

Spacious room

Hotel is very welcoming. Check in is seamless. We were given cold towel to chill the hot weather and a welcome drinks while our customer relations settled our check in. The location is good. Directly facing the beach and outside the hotel are all the little shops to explore. Room is very spacious even with extra bed added in. Staffs are attentive. The only let down is the view from our room and the water heater which sometimes the hot water doesn’t come on. Call the technician and they will settle it for u. The rest are superb.

Everything was a 10/10. Plenty of staff who will do anything for you. Location, food, cleanliness, value for money all spot on. Definitely will be back.

2泊しました。チェックインしたら部屋がアップグレードされました。広くて清潔ですごく快適な部屋でした。アメニティもすべて揃っています。朝食も美味しくて見た目も美しい。朝から幸せな気分になります。スタッフの皆さんも親切で笑顔がいっぱい。また利用したいです。

프라이버시와 수질 때문에 객실을 두번 옮겼으나 친절히 잘 응대 해주었으며 객실 옮기는 과정에서 시간은 지체되었으나 룸을 업그레이드 해주셨고 덕분에 잘 지내다 왔습니다 객실과 욕실은 진짜 깨끗합니다 수질이 애매한데 필터 챙겨 가세요 조식은 매일 조금싹 바뀌고 맛있습니다 근데 식당에 에어컨이 없어 늦게 가면 덥습니다 식당 바로앞 해변에서 서핑하기 좋습니다 직원들 친절하고 웰컴 드링크 맛납니다

3點ckeck in時間，按點到了在大堂等到3:45他們才收拾好讓我們上去。 入住後一開始連不上網 毛巾臟的 廁所水流很小 泳池巨小還不見陽光

家庭孩子多的比較合適，因為套房有三個床不等包括一個大床。 服務方面估計一批老的服務員走了，換了新的。 一個room Service和她説了計酒店賬户，催了我女兒好幾次，後來還是晚上十點多我回來前台買單。 看這樣子就是每個消費要馬上買單。這是小賣部嗎？ 所以推薦帶2+小朋友的且不會在酒店消費的家庭，其他各方面還可以，周邊地方有點亂也許不容易找到。

訂的是三人套房，去了發現就一個房間。

酒店位置很好，房間超大。才翻新沒多久。餐廳看海，看落日都很棒。穿過餐廳就是海灘，方便。泳池衞生還可以改善。攜程預付了房費，在泳池吧喝酒不能簽單，須當場付款。不方便。瑕不掩瑜，推薦
