This place is not really a hotel. It is more like a chalet type accomodation. The tap water is very slimy. The bed sheets and duvet are dirty and smelly. But this is compensated by the good location, been close to the beach and Mall. And it's pretty quiet in a garden like setting. The staff are reasonably helpful.

Very good to staying with friends and family. The location is very good and very nearby kuta beach. Easy approach location and all amenities are available

The location is perfect and price was very reasonable. The staff is super friendly and always available to help. Bed is comfortable and the area is super quiet and peaceful. There is no pool. Just a super quiet clean place to stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Berlian inn is great hotel for the money. If you want cheap private and close to everything this is the place to go. You can rent 3 nights for the price of 1 of the other hotels. Only complaint was slow wifi and low water pressure. But others than that you can't beat 7-10 usd a night. So if you are on a budget and looking for cheap and close to beach this is the place to go. Staff are also very friendly

Номер конечно не 5 звезд. На пару ночей не плохо. Сад прикольный, зелень, живность. Душевая огромная. Кружек нет, жаль, увидел, когда уже все приготовил для завтрака, скипятил чайник и обломался

Pro: Staff gentile e disponibile, piscina pulita, pulizia giornaliera, possibilità di refill d'acqua on reception, posizione centrale a pochi metri dalla spiaggia e dai localini. Ci hanno messo a disposizione doccia e piscina dopo il check out in attesa del volo, molto gentili. Struttura con molto potenziale che potrebbe essere sfruttata meglio. Da rivedere pulizia e manutenzione struttura. Prezzo ottimo per dov'è posizionata. Cons: purtroppo la pulizia del letto ha lasciato a desiderare, i cuscini erano praticamente ammuffiti (come si vede dalla foto), il tappeto del bagno sporco. Hanno provveduto a cambiare tutto, ma non capisco come sia possibile avere camere con cuscini in quelle condizioni. La stanza puzzava di muffa e dal bagno c'era odore di fogna, bisognava tenere l'aria condizionata sempre accesa e la ventilazione in bagno per attutire. C'è verde attorno alla struttura ma tante zanzare, il che rendeva quasi impossibile stare fuori sul terrazzino (bisognerebbe fare una disinfestazione). Nei vialetti c'erano scarafaggi (fortunatamente nessuno in stanza). Nel bagno e in camera dovrebbero esserci più appoggi, la stanza è enorme ma con pochi spazi per appoggiare valigie e vestiti. C'è un bollitore ma nessuna tazza per fare un caffè. Niente shampoo, solo una saponetta.

Очень удачное месторасположение, близко пляж (хоть и не искупаешься в низкий сезон, но за океаном всегда приятно наблюдать, особенно на закате))). Пешком спокойно можно дойти и до многих магазинов и до местных варунгов с очень дёшевой и достойной едой. Рядом много массажных салонов. Сам отельчик утопает в зелени, а бассейн прям сильно спасал в жару. Персонал приветливый. Жили неделю, при этом максимально катались по острову…очень удобно все)))

Нормальный бюджетный отель, чисто для ночёвки. Отдыхать я бы здесь не стала. Красивый сад. Но много Комаров, территория не обрабатывается от москитов. . Номера около бассейна немного получше , но там шумно постоянно и днём и ночью тусуется народ, выпивают компании

Хороший отель, близко от пляжа. Не хватало мест хранения вещей, не было ни одной полочки

I am really happy to re discover this place. It was actually the first place I stayed in 1990. I thought it was long gone, but found it last year again, The Staff are excellent and the keep it clean, they take pride in it and the garden is beautiful and now there is a pool. Putu, Wyan, Made and crew really make it next level and its got the beautiful plants and space. I'm so happy to find this hidden gem again. Good quiet location too. Before anyone comments on the smell of the room, most hotels smell like that until the air-conditioning has been on for at least half a day because of the age of building mixed with heat. This place is outstandingly clean and they offer to clean most days, about 300m to the beach but still a hidden gem, I have not had anything this good for this price in Bali that's so close to the beach.
