My stay at Chaggu Dream Village and Suites Hotel was a mixed experience. On the positive side, the hotel's cleanliness and dry cleaning service were notable highlights, making my stay comfortable and convenient. However, the pool's limited hours and the mediocre breakfast spread were drawbacks that prevented me from fully enjoying my time there. Overall, it was an average experience, and with a few improvements, the hotel could truly live up to its potential.

Comfortable stay with a gorgeous pool rooftop that has a panoramic view. Wonderful and friendly staff that are always kind, smiling.

check in and everything was smooth. however the toilet was in bad condition as the shower tap was rusty and toilet bowl was dirty when check in. location was great as it was near the gym i wanted to go.

This hotel is dirty !!!I got disgusted just by getting into the room,to start with the beddings were stained and the room smelled like it hasn’t been properly cleaned in months..if you value hygiene,DO NOT BOOK FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!

The dream village was a good little hotel to stay in breakfast was adequate, location was far enough away for quiet nights rest but close enough to action to get a short bike or walk to. I liked that there were several good gyms around the area. But what really made my experience was the staff so friendly polite and helpful I would really like to give a shout out to Jovan, he made me feel like a friend more than a guest and helped me get around he even spent some time on his day off with me. He really went the extra mile to make my time there enjoyable.

All perfect! The rooftop bar has a fantastic view and services. THE ROOM is amazing size. 👏👊

I stayed 31 in a superior room. I enjoyed it BUT no hot water for many days (I didn’t mind as I also like cold shower) and way too noisy around the parking area. My room was just above the parking area. People speak, laugh, yell at anytime in the evening and night. I had probably 5-7 days of bad sleep… Now I moved in a suit for a week on the other side of the hotel. To be continued ..

Really noisy and the walls are too thin. My room is located right outside the cafeteria and I absolutely can’t believe they would have such stupid design on the layout

The location is ok not that far from anywhere you wanna go in canggu but the hotel it’s not really how it looks in the picture everything was very old and kind of broken there was no water in the washroom for one whole night and on the dining area there’s a lot of flies always so i wasn’t able to eat peacefully. The staff are very nice and sweet and give u good service. but the water bottle they put in the room they charged me for it :/ I’ve never seen any other hotel that charged u for the water I thought it’s included in the price of the hotel i pay.

Nice hotel with great roof top pool. A little bit far from the main area and have to get taxis everywhere. Also you can’t keep the AC on in the room when you go out as you need to leave a key in for it to work.

So, it's hotel I dislike too. Not good location, staff asked to pay deposit 500 000, but not explain for what I should pay. I can't rent a scooter, close to hotel I didn't find any places with scooter rent. When I asked hotel staff for help, they find for me terrible scooter, brakes did not work, haven't holding for my phone, and price was too high. One thing was good-view from the roof, especially, sunset. Other I dislike.

Nice spacious room with shower & jacuzzi. Nice resturant serving hot food. Great Rooftop pool & bar.
