Real homely feel excellent customer service，The Indonesiaan staff looked after us. They were pleasant, the breakfast was nice all was halal. My five year.old ate for free! The Price we paid it was very spacious. Confortably fitted myself my wife and my five year old son. You have plenty of money exchanges and supermarkets and pharmacy within walking distance. Anywhere between three to seven minutes. Lots of cafes sell both halal and non halal food in the local area again within walking distance. The location is tucked away in a alley corner there are building works taking place nearby we had no noise disturbance but i can tell that there are big projects being made in the immediate area. So can be an eye sore when walking towards the shops.

Excellent, clean and nice place too near sisi club 😅 but i don’t go to the club dekat hotel ada yg jual bakso juga jalan kedepan banyak restoran . Swimming pool ok , cleaner ok everything okay . Will comeback again next time.

This hotel is great value for money as was very cheap. Wifi was excellent. The pool is tiny and shallow but the rooftop area is a large space. Personally, I think it’s worth changing g to a larger pool with more sun beds.

We had a stay at this place for 5 nights. Staff was good. But we had discomfort in between our stay which management could have solved easily but we had to call them again & again, after that they changed our room. But overall it was a good stay.

Good location, right beside shishi night club but the walk into the hotel at night can be quite scary

Great location with lots of good foods nearby. Room is very clean. However it is behind main street so need to walk a bit before getting to convenient stores and cafe. The benefit is that it is away from pub n so it is quiet. Staffs are friendly n greet you every time u enter hotel.

Location is near the restau-bar area. Hotel is at the end of the alley. too dark and scary when you walk at night. me and my friend's room had some sewage smell in our room but they manage to transfer us to different room.

It lacked a lot of amenities. The restaurant and dining looks beautiful in the photos but it’s not utilised in the capacity it should be used. No bar, no live entertainment or lively ambiance. The buffet isn’t actually a buffet, it’s a set menu you select from. It was a pretty boring hotel. Housekeeping was done daily and they did a fantastic job. I did request a new cup as we had used ours for 2 days and housekeeping washed it in the bathroom basin and used a towel to dry. I didn’t bother mentioning as my experience and expectations were already out the window. The pool is tiny and it was dirty. We had to request for it be cleaned but it did the job after a hot day of walking. Some music on the rooftop whilst in the pool would make a lovely addition. We booked a twin room but got a double room however Burberry was willing to rectify asap. The staff and housekeeping are super friendly as well as the 24/7 security. We enjoyed our stay because of the staff but that’s it.

Room wasn’t ready at advertised check in time, as I was only in bali 1 day, this was a wasted hour. No compensation offered, not even a drink while waiting. If you pay for room access at 2pm I expect this. Ironically on check out date they woke me up an hour before to remind me to be on time. I was perfectly capable of insuring this without the call. I don’t appreciate this. Shower was cold and continued noise from the toilet (running water) contributed to a bad overall experience. The staff were polite and courteous, but their processes and ability to understand my personal poor customer experience means I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Otherwise location is good.

Wonderful stay here! Huge thanks to the lovely, young, female, staff at the front desk, who went above and beyond to help one day with a taxi driver. Here is the review you requested, sorry it took so long. Clean room, nice decor, and helpful staff. Would be nice to have at least one plant based option on the menu. Thanks for everything, I'll be back!

Worth for money. 💯 I liked it. You can go for it. I'd suggest it to someone who's looking for hotels in Seminyak.
