Great hotel. Close to everywhere in Seminyak. Staffs are friendly.

Sadly the Hotel is falling apart maintenance very poor. I have stayed here before in the past but sadly the Hotel is going to rubbish. The place is filthy. I stayed 17 nights did not have hot water the whole time even though I had a superior room and halfway through my stay. They swapped me over to another room when I open the door. I do not know why the air-conditioner was running. It was leaking water everywhere. The whole room was wet. The walls were wet and the room was filthy. The toilet are disgusting, filthy dirty If you’re on holidays we can all afford an extra 10 or $20 a night. Do not waste your money here 

The hotel is satisfactory for its price, however, the front desk staff could be more amiable. The location is favorable as it is close to many attractions, which is very convenient.

Overall it was a good experience, and the price for the room was good 👍

Good options with affordable price point, you get what you paid for, just 5-10 mins walk to the nearest beach, one of budget options when you wanna stay and explore Seminyak.

Worst stay. Horrid area, staff were Crap! slow, **** then charged for a key when even the most expensive hotels dont!? Paper thin walls, I had minimal to no sleep!? Had to go outside tell ppl to stop yelling and talking loud with their doors open all day all night?! Rude locals here, yuk! Bathroom was built in the dark ages and cheap as all hell. Things broken. Very thin toilet paper that lasted 4 hrs?! No driveway so ppl fight in taxis down an ugly little laneway and back out. Just all grose! Don't waste your time or money!

The sound isolation could be improved. You hear what is going on in the corridor. Bedrooms are OK but basic. There was a bit of mold in the bathroom. There is a 5 euro fee deposit. The cleaning service comes everyday in the morning. The swimming pool is nice, could be lit up in the evening.

Great location, friendly stuff ! Everything what you can except from 3 star hotel! Pool is a bonus!

It was an okay stay, breakfast choice was okay, reception staff and restaurant staff were friendly.

Clean and cozy hotel, good location , no noise around. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again!

The lift a bit trouble.. i was in the lift and it stucked and the door can’t open.. i called my friend to ask the customer service for help.. No amenities and you have to rent for hairdryer (if still available)

The location is good within easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. The room is modern but lacks basic features like kettle, shampoo, fridge and soundproofing. The cleanliness needs to improve dramatically. There is no hot water in the shower and the best that you get is barely warm water with little pressure. There is no insulation in the building and you can hear people talking when they go to and from the lifts as well as any noise from adjoining rooms or rooms above you. If you are a light sleeper and value hot showers then this hotel is not for you.

Great location but sorry to say it's so dirty, so much hair and stains from previous guests in the bed. And bathroom leaking. Parking is a hassle also. So many other places with similar prices that are better.
