The hotel was wonderful, it looks just like the pictures. We were there in the first days of March, there were only a few guests in the resort, and they were only there for a few nights. We really liked that the pool was just 2 steps from the room, the umbrella was always ready in the morning, the pool towels were beautifully decorated with flowers, and the restaurant was ready for our order at any time of the day. We ordered lunch and dinner from the pool several times and when it was ready we went to the restaurant on the other side of the pool. Our host Nada deserves 5 stars, he greeted us several times a day, always politely asked if everything was okay, if we needed anything, we had a good chat and he was always very cheerful. He treated us like his own family, his presence was always felt. The food is very delicious, ask for the floating breakfast in the pool, it is very well priced and you will really enjoy it. Thank you Nada for your attention, we will return as soon as we can. Krisz&Lidia

We have travelled Asia for 3 months and this was our final destination and by far the WORST place we have ever stayed. We left an Apple Watch and a Polaroid camera at the bottom of our bags and the cleaners (who also work around the hotel as receptionists/waiters etc) have STOLEN them! We reported this to reception where we were laughed at by staff unwilling to help. They simply said ‘you should have left it in the safety deposit box’ absolutely disgusting response. Your room should be a safe place for the guests and the valuables however this really was not safe. The only people in our room were us and the cleaners (this is the first room we have let cleaners in on our travels) I spoke to the manager who again laughed at us and said we had not allowed the reception staff to search our room for the belongings which was an out right lie, they had searched with us in the room. The receptionist had CCTV footage of the room but would only show us footage of myself and my girlfriend entering the room. The manor in which staff laughed at us when we were stressed was disgusting. We noticed that these belongings were missing 1 hour before we were due to depart for the airport which added a huge stress to an already stressful evening. To add to this the bedroom was filthy! There was ants, spiders and dead flies in the room as well as all over the dressing tables. We needed to fully wash many items of ours that ended up being covered in ants. The location is also not as advertised and takes A long time to get anywhere. I will be contacting *********** directly to speak about this as I will be seeking a full refund from the property so that we can re purchase the stolen items. I would highly recommend NOT staying here and paying more money to stay somewhere SAFER. This experience has put us off returning to Bali. Shocking.

A very happy stay with unbelievable hospitality. Lovely pool and ambiance. The rooms are super clean, the bed soft and pillows amazing. After the flight in slept so well. The owner, Koman let’s his staff manage and what an engaging man. The menu was OK but the chef made us special Balinese food which was the best food we have eaten in Bali in 3 visits. Made the stay very special. Excellent value

My buddy booked this for the. Whining of our Bali trip. We stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel itself i/ beautiful and well looked after. The food is fantastic and the support by the staff goes without comparison! Special shout out to Maha and De Jun. The pool itself is very clean and aesthetic. With us having early mornings and late nights the staff were very accomodating to provide us with a high level of care and service. The room size is moderate to generous and the bathroom is quite large too. We also organised massages from the hotel and the masseuse comes to the hotel to make this experience even easier. The Wi-Fi was a bit spotty but otherwise I highly recommend. I will be back here again!
