A very beautiful and calm setting, both inside and outside the hotel. It’s not a large hotel but provides all the basic necessities. They also offer irons and international adapters that can be borrowed.

Very good location as it's very quiet and there are enough nice restaurants nearby for you to hang out at night.

В целом отель приятный. Но не очень качественное постельное белье. Синтетика. Обычно на Бали с этим нет проблем тут были удивлены.

약간 중심부에서는 떨어져 있으나 조용하고 지내기 편합니다. 도보 3분거리 편의점 있음. 걷는거 좋아하시면 중심부까지도 30분 이내로 다 가능합니다. 택시 잡기 불편한 적 없습니다. 조식 깔끔하고 맛있게 먹었습니다.

房間挺大，乾乾淨淨的，周圍都是綠植，住着很愜意，泳池水温的，下去不會覺得涼。早餐是點餐制，味道還不錯，不足的是第二天的水果不夠新鮮，有一點不滿意的是房間裏的小噴壺，我們沒有注意到入住時它是否在房間，但前台説丟失了讓我們做出了賠償，因為沒有看到，而賠償很冤枉

The resort is cozy and full of greens. It gives out real nice vibes. The staff here was super helpful and courteous. All the ladies in the restaurant were very very nice, specially the one named Restiti who my little daughter just adored. She also helped her to eat her dinner which I must say is a very difficult task. Overall a very good experience and memorable one.

The place was good, the nature, in the resort, gives u laidback and chill stay. The food was good, nice service from intan, basically all of the crew in the hotel. The hotel was a litle rusty but the crew service from the hotel staff made it. Thank you!

This place has a great ambiance and excellent hospitality from the team. Their response to our issues was quick and efficiently handled, which is a strong point for customer satisfaction. The Eggs Benedict and omelet for breakfast were delicious, but I think the Nasi Goreng could use a bit more flavor—it was a little plain. I’d surely consider staying here again the next time I’m in Ubud for a holiday

Stay was good, had 2 interconnected rooms which easier for family stay. Though overall property is small, rooms were big, clean, washroom was also big with bath tub & open shower. Staff is polite. Hotel should add some options for vegetarian, has only bread & fruits. Also, Aircon of one room was not working, had notified staff on very first day but didn't get fixed.

All the staff was excellent, very helpful. Always ready to help. This is a very beautiful and comfortable place. Quite and serene. We had breakfast included in our booking. Restaurant staff was very helpful, suggested us the local dishes. The place was very clean and hygienic. Novita, the manager and the restaurant staff, Koming, Boby and wins not only looked after us very well for six days but also answered many questions about Bali and especially Ubud. Though it's away from the city centre, it costs only 5AUD to most of the attractions. They also offer free transport every morning that drops at Rama Phala their sister Resort, next to Monkey Forest. We will be back. Thanks a lot for your hospitality.
