Amazing services from the staffs. Very genuinely helpful to ensure the guests are well taken care off. The room condition could be better however it is still not too bad. Overall the room is comfortable and nice. My return to this villa is because of the staff’s efficiency and service. Theres a nearby laundry shop and convenience mart too.

Villa was very good but being vegetarian we barely had any options for food in breakfast. Staff was very polite and ready to help. Overall very good experience.

Location is great! Room is spacious, comfy, and pretty clean. Service was great too. Breakfast selection could be better and utensils could be cleaner. With that said, I’d still 10/10 recommend

Fantastic balinese service. We can definitely feel the warm welcome by all the staff. However, the villa seems a bit old and not well maintained. There were stains in the bathtub n sinks. There were lots of leaves in the pool and the water in the pool doesn’t look very clean. One of the nights, the water tank had issues pumping out water to the villas so we had to shower with drinkable water (was only given 1 gallon but it wasn’t enough so we requested for 1 more). We weren’t given anything else as a form of apologies which was quite disappointing cos we had to shower in cold water T.T the tap water splashes everywhere too cos the flow is too fast.

Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. Facilities, swimming pool were renovated and good looking rooms. There was a manager that helped to serve us during the set breakfast, she was very helpful and polite.,

I loveeeee this place so much! They were like family and they treated us very amazing and in such a way I’ve never experienced a place do that they were always checking in seeing if we were okay very respectful and they’re honestly amazing they were the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed at and they always attended to our needs I absolutely love this place and will definitely be back to stay there every time I go to Bali

THIS REVIEW IS FOR LA VIE VILLA. We were transferred to La Vie villa instead because our room is undergoing renovations and they have no more room for us. La Vie Villa’s location is superb. Rented a bike and its so near to both seminyak and legian beach. Bathtub is at the most inconvenient position and you will probably not use it because of its position. Needed to bring our own toiletries because they provide only shampoo and showering gel in a dispenser. Tooth paste given in a very small tube and they didnt replenish it during housekeeping. No showercap, no hairtie, no lotion given. Shaver and shaving gel is provided. Curtains and bedsheets had slight stain. Staffs were friendly. However we checked out in the morning and there wasnt anyone at the counter so we had to look for them. Theres netflix in the TV and JBL speaker in the room. Great for entertainment. Beverages in the fridge are all chargeable. Water is given but in cylinder provided, NOT from an unopened bottle.

Alleva villa is the best villa that I have stayed ever in bali 😍

Aleva Villa Bali was outstanding even after the pandemic! All thanks to the staffs for making our stay an enjoyable one. We will definitely be back again and recommend our friends here.
