The room was satisfied. But the water pressure in the 2th floor bathroom was low or even stopped, making showers frustrating. I must give a compliment to the lady staff who lives nearby for her effort to served us very well. She was very friendly and helpful. The issue was with the owner. His attitude towards customers was poor, and he should learn how to communicate with people more politely. We didn't ask for much, just an extra mattress because we had an additional person with us and we had informed the owner on March 2024 . However, he only provided us with a beach lounge chair and still charged us USD30 for it. He then accused us for responding his message 6 hrs late, we didn't realize he actually message us in the morning due to Agoda is not a messaging app. We stopped communicating with him after he refused to provide us a mattress, choosing instead to accept what he offered. However, the lady staff member kindly brought us a mattress later. In my opinion, arguing with customers does not leave a good impression and reflects poorly on one's professionalism. It's unfortunate to have our vacation experience marred by such behavior. I feel sorry for the lady staff member, who has to work under such conditions with a rude boss. God bless this villa. It was an experience that taught me a lot.
