The place is really nice, the staff is more than kind! It’s a bit far from the main restaurants but nothing that you can’t reach with a short scooter ride. Lovely breakfast. Absolutely recommended

The first night we stay was terrible. My husband got insect bites on the bed. Rain water got into the bathroom after a whole day of heavy rain. The hotel got us a new room with better renovation, cleaner I think? Quiet to stay. The best thing was the breakfast section and friend staff. Lots of food choice, delicious. Well, the location was not convenient even we took taxi…. If you are planning for sightseeing, this hotel may not be an option for you. But if you are planning to have a place for relaxation, you can consider here.

The facilities and service were really excellent. The choice of pools meant ability to find a quiet place to chill if desired and the personalised service was great. The staff knew which coffee and omelette I liked by the second day and were constantly offering more. Breakfast mimosas and the lovely room were a bonus. For me, the location would be a bit isolated if we stayed any more than the 3 days (need a 20+ minute taxi to get to most restaurants), but for such a short trip u was pretty content to mostly stay put!

nearby uluwatu and jimbaran , hotel abit far from city but the vibes is good . breakfast is great . room is clean n cosy . recommend to everyone who love peaceful villa .

Let's start from the 5 stars in the photos and the current situation, although trying to keep the charm of yesteryear over this hotel has passed the time, even if in the meantime it has also gone through a rebranding. Starting from the reception, the restaurant exterior and the pool deck the wood should be revitalized a bit to make it look like in the pictures, like it once was. The swimming pools (especially the big one) should be refurbished (including missing pieces of tiles) and more consideration given to hygiene. Also the cutlery looks below par for a 5 star hotel. The rooms are clean, coquettish, except for the curtains and drapes which look unwashed for years. Villa pool in good condition, idyllic exterior. Restaurant prices on food and drink huge, plus 10% service charge and 11% tax. The food is tasty. At check in we waited past 2pm as the room was not ready, at check out we had to direct staff to look for beach towels on the bean bags by the room pool as they couldn't find them (although beach towels can be taken/changed at discretion during stay in pool area). However even these most of them had stains. Overall a nice experience... but somewhere in the 4 star max.

This was a stunning hotel. I stayed in the private villa and was in love with the service, pool and support. Really nice breakfast and great Mexican restaurant 2 minutes walk away. Can get grab bikes and taxis easily.

The staff were nice and amenable. They arranged special decorations in the room for us for our wedding anniversary. The room was spacious, so too was the pool. A special feature of the hotel was the free fitness classes they provided. We enjoyed every moment of our stay.

We had a fantastic stay here! Very relaxing resort and our villa was beautiful! The staff here are so friendly! Is our anniversary trip, thanks for the hotel arrangement and made it feel so special! Will definitely come back again!

I highly recommend this hotel, I couldn’t fault anything here. The breakfast was very good! The best hotel I stayed in Indonesia!

the place is clean and the staff is friendly. There isnt much place to explore around that area unless u drive or call a grab

the stay was luxurious and amazing, we had a little private pool but it was more than sufficient to enjoy a small party. the hotel also helped us to set up birthday decorations for us to celebrate my birthday.

More Balangan than Jimbaran but shuttle to the beach 4 times a day via supermarket more than suffices. Food all good (though why no bananas at breakfast?) though sometimes quick and sometimes sloooow. Request for day room with late then delayed flight departure - allowed to keep room all day which was fab, thank you.

The villa was gorgeous, and the entire property was very well maintained. We enjoyed all of our meals at Point Break (love the a la carte breakfast options as well as the buffet), and loved that we could get a fantastic variety of both alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. But the service? That’s what set the Breakers apart. From the moment we checked in it was five star service. We only stayed for three days and the waitress knew our names. Truly excellent, and we’d happily stay here again if the chance ever arises.
