ZIN Canggu Resort & Villas anmeldelser

We reserved a Deluxe Bamboo room, but we were assigned a totally different decorated room and much smaller from the photos on the website. They insisted that’s the same room type. When I put forward the inquiry, they reply to me “Our Bamboo Deluxe rooms on the ground floor are fully booked, and availability is based on current bookings.” By the way, my room was on 2nd floor. I can’t believe that we didn’t get any explanation while we check in, and if we didn’t observe the difference they just pretend nothing happened. Be careful with this situation, if you reserved a room which is fully booked they will just base on current availability to assign a room to you. Also at the night, it’s SUPER NOISY!!! Not sure where is the noisy from, probably it’s from neighboring music club, super loudly. it’s truly terrible stay experience in my life.

The Zin Resort truly went above and beyond with service and accommodations during my stay! I celebrated my birthday and they gave me a few birthday treats, which was so thoughtful! The staff were so lovely, always working hard to make my stay a relaxing as possible. I also loved that my stay included an in-room massage and a class at the Zin Fitness studios, it was awesome! The location of the hotel is fantastic, a short walk to the beach. I will definitely look at staying at Zin Resorts again!

The hotel is really close to the beach which I really liked. The rooms are spacious although the first day, there was some construction work happening next to our bedroom so it was a little bit difficult to relax because of the noise. The complimentary foot massage, happy hour drinks and breakfast was the stand out of the stay. Cute place!

Excellent hotel. Stand outs were; the gym which was very well appointed gym, the cafe which provided pretty good quality food and delicious coffee and the spa facilities where we had an excellent massage and manicure. The room was relatively modern and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again if i was in Canggu

Place is nice, easy access and its also with gym center & coworking space. Good place even if you travel alone.

Had a great experience with Zin. The room is big and gorgeous. The location is really good as well and have various cafes nearby to explore. I had a very comfortable stay with Zin.

I had a great time at the Zin! It's a beautiful hotel, really used WhatsApp well to communicate with guests. We arrived early and they checked us in early instead of asking us to wait until their 2pm check in. I guess the big issue with the stay was a LONG BLACK OUT, that affected a few blocks. But we had no power for a good amount of the night. That was pretty upsetting.

The rooms were very clean and smelled very nice. Everyone was smiling. The food of the hotel was very tasty. In addition, the hotel is close to the sea.

I don’t have enough positive comments about Zin. The staff were so helpful, kind and personable. The food was great and they made sure to greet every client by name which made me feel very welcomed. The Balinese massage by Lina was amazing in addition and the room I was staying at was large and they even arranged laundry service for me. I knew going into the hotel reading the comments it would be a bit noisy with construction which yes made some things a little hard but the hotel and staff just were the best so I would book again.

這家酒店很有亮點但缺點也比較明顯，建議可以小住一兩晚體驗一下。 主打輕量級resort, 咖啡館+spa+健身館+酒店一體，咖啡館和健身館都是當地的網紅場所，有很多年輕人駐紮，咖啡館也是吃早餐的地方，作為一個餐廳裏面的菜色都很有特點，就算不住也值得單獨去吃或者hang out一下。 酒店區域不算大，分成幾個獨立的院子，每個院子和房間格局都不太一樣，也有好幾個泳池，整體觀感很不錯，是不大但緊湊精緻的resort感覺 這個酒店還有個特色是一切可以掃碼，或者whatsapp叫服務，很方便。另外很推薦他家的spa. 説下缺點，一個是房間雖然大但沒有可以曬衣服的陽台，在峇里島是個很不方便的點。另外一個硬件設施有些陳舊，能用但有點不太可靠。 另外附近其實吃的不算特別多，就近環境一般，雖然靠海近但海邊也沒啥特別的。得走個十分鐘左右或者更遠才有更多餐廳選擇。
